🏵Jeffrey, I didn't want china when I got married back in the day...I wanted Franciscan Dessert Rose. Some years later when I was the manager of a bridal registry department, Wedgewood bought out Franciscan. I ordered the large meat platter for myself since I didn't have one and got a nice discount from my job. I used that platter for the Easter ham and to my surprise, there was a tiny pinhole in the glaze. The juice of the ham had pernitrate and left an ugly spot.. I called Wedgewood to get a replacement and not only did they refuse to replace it, I was told, "when you buy crap dinnerware, you get crap dinnerware." My response was, " well they certainly weren't crap before you bought out Franciscan." Thought you might get a chuckle. BTW, I stopped adding to my Dessert Rose unless I buy them previously loved!🌹

I shopped at Gaslight Antiques when visiting Nashville.
They had some beautiful items. Most were pricey but I was able to find a few pieces I couldn’t leave without. 🥰
Gaslight Antiques gave me sticker shock! Lol. Interesting but wow, the prices.

As a collector of mid century Italian pottery .. who doesn’t mind chips or cracks … I would have snapped that vase up! 😅
That pinkish bird plate is from a railroad. Oh how I would love it!
My daughter's birthday is the 22nd. My granddaughter and I will be taking the blue vase I bought from you. And fill it with white daisies.. thank you

Please go back and buy that Bitossi vase. I would love to buy it from you Jeffrey. All those pieces get chipped. The clay seems to be very soft. I am designing my kitchen remodel around that line of pottery.

We went there to shop last time we visited Nashville. I don’t recall whether we bought anything. I’m guessing we probably didn’t because even though I shop for myself and not to resell, I love a bargain. Maybe we will check it out again next time we are there. I had forgotten about them.

I agree with Katie. I think it's pure laziness with the price stickers. I don't buy things when I find that. I know where they probably got the items, but I appreciate the time and effort of cleaning up an item for resale.

This was a fun place to visit even though we didn’t pick up much. Sometimes it’s just nice getting to see something you don’t find every day.

I found one of those penguin ice bucket in good condition in a Chicago antique shop. They wanted $38. Not so bad compared to other places.
well I like how Katie just tells it like it is it's probably just pure laziness not taking the price tags off of the items that they bought them for prior👻👻
Of all the antique places you've been this is amazing with lots of beautiful and unique pieces. The booths or stalls are neatly arrange and huge you can easily see a wide array of things to choose from, though pricey.

Those prices are right up there and comparable to the Villages estate sales! Are you going to visit the American Pickers store location while you are in Nashville? Curious about some of their items and prices.
Geesh! I see Penguin Servers all the time for $10-$15. I got one as a wedding gift, and now have my mother’s also.
The bird print with numbers on the sides looked like an Audobon print, with the opposite page would have a description of each bird by number.
I really like those pictures in the beginning. The teapot for $600 😮

More of a museum than an antique mall. I sell my West Bend Penguins for $29. That's the price they should be. Last one I had someone unscrewed the top bakelite knob and stole it!
I'd love that $400 one. I'd pay extra for it.....

Actually I think it is a shame sometimes when Jeffrey goes over the top. He can come off a rude rather than funny as he did with the lunch box. He seems like a nice young guy most of the time which is why I watch him.

Yeah I had that phone too never changed it until my brother got me a clear one that had all the wires in full bright colors inside hahaha my poor pink one had seen better days 😂 those shops are fun to look at but to expensive to buy although some of the broches and necklaces were looking super nice like a choker with the glass looking like diamonds didn't look to fake and I would wear it 🎉 ❤ 😊
Great antique mall, but I’ve yet to find any deals there at all. High end booth rentals = high prices

The pictures are lovely, but I think I’d want them behind glass, they’re dust traps as they are. The tea caddy is expensive, given that the glass mixing bowl in the middle is missing.
And it is not really a very nice example. I’ve seen much nicer ones at half that price.
Wow, what a cool place, but doesn`t look as if there`s much room for resale. It was an enjoyable video though, I saw lots of stuff I`ve never seen before. It looks as if you and Katie are having a wonderful trip.
