Started two weeks ago and I’m loving your workouts! Used to do Pilates everyday before and for about a year after I had my daughter, but life got busy and I let it go. I’m challenging myself to complete this 90 days to improve my posture and to get the strength back that I have lost. Also to get into the habit of doing Pilates everyday again. This is the only body I’ve got and I want to take care of it. After only two weeks, I already feel stronger and I can’t wait for how I will feel once I’ve completed this journey!

Loved this brilliant workout, the last plank with the 4 variations, was the best plank I have ever experienced in all my life not to mention that especially at the end my arms got a real burn, my dearest Hannah you are a true genius which distinguish you from all the rest pillates instructors on you tube, thank you ❤️

hello hannah...... this was also an amazing work out... in the new forearm plank with dipping knees to ground thats excellent for abs ...i could really feel the pressure ... n i did continued forearm plank without break for 1mins n few secs... i didnt take break between the 2times of 30 sec planks.... m so happy...u know 4months before i could nt even lift my body for a plank... n here i am... so one good thing i think covid did for me... i got stronger...
