    Your videos get better and better. They are always full of insight, useful information and suggestions, instead of just showing the house/layout. Thanks for putting so much effort into these.

    I would turn the current bedroom into the kitchen / living room considering it has an independent entrance and close plumbing connections from the bathroom. Then make the other room the bedroom.

    The best properties to remodel are the ones where you're just taking out the stupid ideas that past owners had and bring it back to something more authentic. I like these short videos Brad. I like the variety, thanks.

    lovely medieval village, looks well preserved. I agree with your comments about this being a good launchpad for further adventures, although if it were another 25 SQM, I'd be tempted to pimp it out and live there

      Wait until you see the next two apartments I have to show you from the same village. I just haven’t had time to edit the videos yet. One is €49,000 and one is €63,000 and has a complete Cantina underground with parking and a Etruscan cave. It’s amazing. Look for it in the next couple weeks.

    I really like that you show what’s nearby that makes it really interesting and exciting to see.

    Great opportunity! If you can do the work, you could probably get this updated for less then $1k. Thanks for the video!

      If you didn’t want to add anything like appliances or anything. The ripping and painting and stuff would be less than €1000 for sure.

    If I bought a car to use while in Italy for 6 months out of the year, where would I park it while I'm gone? Or would it be more economical to rent a car while in Italy? Thanks! Great little fixer for the price! I would make it super nice! Love that it is all on one level!

      If you’re gonna be here six months out of the year, I assume you’re gonna have an apartment or a house right? Either it’s gonna have parking or you’re going to meet somebody that has a place you can stash it. And know if you’re gonna be here six months out of the year you’re probably better off buying something, But you have to worry about getting it registered which means you’re gonna have to set up a limited liability company and go through all that hassle. You could rent and if you’re here during the off-season months like October through March, you might be able to find something for around $500 a month to rent, but it just depends.

    Hello dear Brad, my name is Willi and I live in Germany. I've been following you for a while. In the houses you visit you always see this rising damp on the walls. Is there really a way to remove it permanently?

    • @BradsWorld
      @BradsWorld  3 місяці тому

      Not sure. These are brick and stucco buildings. I rarely see a problem with mold, unless the house has been vacant for a while. In the winter time we have to use dehydrators to keep the mold out of our house, especially on the north side.

      It was a public works project I think…. Or someone cutting tiles. I asked for complete silence on set but…. It’s only a UA-cam video…! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😬

      Check their website at www.alfanorealestate.com. It’ll have updated listings and a bunch of neat stuff that stole for sale. You could also call the brokers they listed in every video. I can’t keep up with what’s under contract and not.
