properties like this at this price are treasures! Great potential, you dont have to break the bank to find owsome deals, and with good imagination, and " good taste " you can turn any property into a smart investment. Keep showing us properties like this brad ! PS. properties fairly close to rome ( are even better).
All anybody would have to do is step out and go for a walk. You will hear laughter, conversation, smell delicious food, see smiling faces, make some friends, learn a new word or two. The towns are not dead….❤
That garden is amazing, with sooo much potential! The wife said she wants to keep the whole building as a single home cuz she wouldn’t give up the garden. I don’t disagree with her.
I think the stone cistern things are for water storage for the veggie garden. This is Italy, there should be tomatoes, basil, zucchini, and eggplant growing. The stonework in the garden area is a hidden gem.
Hi Brad 👋🏼 I miss Arpino! We stayed at Claudia and Federico’s place while there. It’s fantastic. Such a beautiful view too. This one looks great 😊 Jeanne
those plaster centre pieces are called a "ceiling rose" in england / New Zealand and in French its a "rosach de plafound" though my french spelling might be wrong
1 thing I would like clarification on is why wouldn't antique tiles not be allowed back in the house? And if that's true who controls that decision ????
Ceiling Medallion if you were wondering what that round thing on the ceiling is. I love this house and it's right up my alley. I'm looking for something to rebuild like your friend's rental next to this property. I'm looking for something to live in and to get out of Houston. Sorry, but I don't speak the language anymore.
so wow. that place you showed could look like the one belonging to Claudia? The stone could be exposed like that? I'd have to come up with a decent sized bath room somewhere with a nice tub. Those little narrow rooms creep me out. I done know why but they do. Maybe it's just the camera.
Partly is the camera lens. I use a wide angle to get as much of the room in the shot without having to pan back and forth too much. This place could be nice like Claudia’s apt but not exactly the same. The cost to expose any stone that might be there would be astronomical.
Amazing property at an amazing price ! The private garden is wonderful ! Great value !
In our little hamlet in Umbria the towns people come out in the evenings, during the week, about 9pm and socialize. It’s wonderful.
The garden is amazing, looks like we are in the 15th century 😃
I should have said raised the roof on the outdoor patio.

With that view, that garden would become an outdoor living, big hot tub garden
Wonderful property. Thanks for sharing 👍
You are welcome! Someone will make it special!

Nor I!
A pool overlooking that view and a bbq area next to it with those gorgeous tiles.... stunning.
You must be from my family! That's what I was thinking. This hill top towns have such great views!

You guys must be at the end of your journey now right? Got to be closing soon!! 🥳
"I feel like I'm in a bunker waiting for the Nazis to attack." Great description, Brad! I think we all felt that way and you put in into words.

Very nice. Smartest subscribers on UA-cam!
In Canada we just call them ceiling medallions

Rosace de plafond 👍
i'd make that upper room next to the garden into a guest room and office. Like a remote man cave. No need to pull in water, etc.
I love this town!
I am going tomorrow to film some properties that a viewer want to buy and I like going down here!
Lovely! Would love to see this once someone has fixed it up.😊
You and me both! First trick is getting someone to take on a big project. The price is negotiable on this one… Get it for less than a new car!
I wonder why those gorgeous floor tiles can't go back inside. Great property!
Im not sure but Federico told me that specifically. Maybe has something in it not kosher these days!?
@@BradsWorld They look really thick. Maybe there's lead or something.
I absolutely love this place
Lot to take in. Would be a big project but would be very nice!
Wow.
Could be a great single home as well
In North America we call them ceiling medallions, where the lights hang from the ceiling.
Thanks! Knew it was something like that!
Why couldn’t the historic tiles go back into the house? Nice property with so much potential. Great location! Thanks for your great videos!
Not sure. I assumed it was something to do with the makeup of them? But really don't know...

Italian? If you ever spoke it you’ll speak it again quick!
What a great BBQ outdoor kitchen for the 1 bedroom!
We agree! Gotta have a BBQ place!
Visited Arpino several times... love it. Transit up and down the hill? I have always had a car.
Buses come into the city proper. You could walk down from there. That's how these people live to be 90+ all the time!
That is a ceiling medallion.
Thanks!
It's in better shape than my house was when I moved in, 😆 🤣 😂 I'm not lying.
I could make one of those apts liveable and then make the other super nice, then go back and make the first one super... The view was great on top!
Same here!
The round plastic it's called "plafound". I have them in every room

@@BradsWorld Do you think her place was always exposed like that? I thought it was a bit too much anyway but id like the look some.
In the US, thai deco on the ceilliing is called Maddallion, right?
Incredible price,ceiling rose in England
Thanks! I knew you guys would know.
The French-adjacent word you are be thinking of may be ‘rosette’
Thanks! I get mind fog sometimes when making the videos trying to go through everything in real time...
where's Olivia?
Out of the counrty when we were filming. She is back now!
May I request you to please not put the ‘typed’ points while showing the area/property as the time is divided between reading and watching.
Just pause. The captions help explain a lot.
Yeah… and also I have other points and things come to mind or I say something goofy and have to correct it.
Lol, I’m constantly re-winding & pausing. I thought I was just slow !😆
Too small
Yeah, hard to squeeze into 1500 square feet. There are lots of nice places that are 5,000 sq ft+ down there. Check AlfanoRealEstate.com to see them.
This is under negotiation! Too bad.
You sure? Just looked it up and doesn’t say so…. Not on AlfanoRealEstate.com!?
I hope not ! I've emailed Claudia with an enquiry on this property
