I would love to see properties in this price range with character exp, beams, fireplace, etc.
We all would!!
@@BradsWorld it exists.
A great price for a decent 2 bedroom in a cute town. Thanks for another quality video!
Your welcome!
Ideal size for a single person, and the amenities are just a walk away.
I liked the town and the lake nearby was very cool!
That town looks great.
It was a very nice town Lea! We went for lunch on a big lake. That’s only 17 minutes away, which was incredibly nice. Big tree line streets and had a great seafood lunch right on the shore of the lake. Remember this area is less less than an hour from the beach as well and about one hour from Rome. I’m trying to get hooked up with the Real Estate agency down there to do a lot more videos.
Great apt. I will remove the wall between the kitchen and the small room and have an open kitchen/dinning room.
What a great town.
Dolce!
It’s the price of a nice camper…. Wow!!
Very cute apt 😊 id take down that wall between kitchen and that small room and just like you said dining room there. Just to open up the space. I dont mind the smaller room for bedroom as you are not in it except for sleeping. Entertaining in the larger room as a living room ❤👍 great price. Kitchen didn't look too bad , just change the handles and maybe update tiles/back splash 👍
All easy stuff to do and you have a forever lock and leave or a small home in the heart of Italy and a €4 bus ride to Rome in about an hour!
Great little town. And for about the same, or even a little less here in the states, as an RV you get a nice little home for you to upgrade.
Gosh it is the price of half a new Dodge Ram in Texas! È Pazzo! (It's Crazy!)
Hi Brad! What did the owner say about the cantina? I thought I heard her say that the unit has one but that you would have to make a door/gate to get to it, that you can't get to it from those other cantina doors. Did I understand that correctly? Is there a cantina for this unit? Also, is there another unit above this one, or does this one have access to the attic/roof area?
No roof access. We were going to go see another unit that had a cantina but it was water inside. Crazy. I opted not to show the whole thing.
@@BradsWorld Thank you for the information and for your many helpful videos!
What a great find and cute town.
I like the town. Not so sure about the house.
Lots to choose from. At the under €50,000 price point, it’s really hard to find stuff that is in good mechanical shape. I guess it just depends what people are looking for. I don’t think this would serve anyone as a full-time house except maybe a single person… But I think you could turn it into one really nice big bedroom a smaller guest bedroom And a little common area for not a lot of money and have a place in town with good access to rail and bus service and the beautiful lakes around there. My God lakes are amazing and you’re only 45 minutes from the sea.
I bet for another €20-30.000 you could really get a lot of great choices.
Question: why don’t they build in closets?
Because like it better in the other Way
I’ve seen a few places with built in closets. We are looking at a home for us and it has a bedroom (5th) that we may turn into a big walkin.
Mainly a cultural thing. I wonder when closets became a thing in North America? The houses from 100+ years ago didn’t have them. 🤷🏼♂️
Any idea how long it takes to get to Rome by train?
About 1 hr 45 min, but the train is about 8 km away
Better by train. One hour. Leaves from town. €4
I was just in Sutri yesterday, Brad!
You coming this way???
@@BradsWorldsometime in the next few days, for sure.
❤
It's a bad joke, right?
No Martin, no joke.
Non usiamo le asciugatrici semplicemente per abitudine Non è una questione di costo di elettricità cosa vuoi che costi €5 al mese non è quello il problema
So this comment says basically it’s because of habit not cost (it’s only €5 a month to run a dryer…). Ok!
It’s kind of a pain in the butt to hang clothes all the time, I can’t imagine if it really only costs €5 (which is silly, we don’t use AC and our electric is still €110/mo here) that more people wouldn’t opt to put in a stacking dryer.
But maybe my Italian friends are all wrong as to why they don’t use dryers. They just hang like that! 🤪😅
