I take it back, i did this workout with the exact same rope and talking during junping and it is actually quite doable.
For real. I'm feeling the burn already. Can't imagine talking while doing this.
I've been skipping rope for the past month while weight training and I've finally gotten to the point where I can jump rope for about 2 minutes straight without whipping myself! It may seem small but this is a HUGE accomplishment for me because I didn't know how to jump rope

@@WisdomThroughGod Somehow, I mean, I was part of the collateral damage. Two cars smashed against each other and I was riding my bike, so I hit by one of them in the back. I couldnt get up and it hurt like hell every time I try to move even my head.

I literally do this while fasting, around 30 before break the fast and i felt very good!! its not as bad as i thought i will be
My rope sucks and kept tangling up so I was jumping with an imaginary rope throughout the whole routine.. I will watch this video and do the routine for the next two weeks absolutely loved it. Thanks for the motivation dudes!

Jumping rope is an amazing exercise, it helps our bodies a lot and it's also fun as hell to practice. I'm skipping rope for a couple months now and it helped me a lot with my running treinament 🙏

Back when I was a middle school and going to high school I was a pro in jump roping!! I would be able to do a lot of different exercises and now I lost all my experience. I’m starting tomorrow and hope my muscle memory for jump roping returns

Best Jump Rope workout of all the channel. Although I have no idea how to do double under lol! Next time please provide side view from occasionally, helps knowing how much front/back/high/low to get the feet/knees/arms. Well done!

i keep getting my left foot caught on the rope and the rope whips my right butt every time 🥲 i read a lot of comments saying it just takes practice so i’m gonna keep doing it everyday! wish me luck!
Your rope is not at the correct length or your arms are lifting while jumping ..
Try making your rope longer, and maybe hold your hands a little further away from your body. If the rope touches your butt, i think you hold it too close to your body
