Legs feel better than they have for a long time. The last 10 days, I have added some shadow boxing moves with light hand weights, to work the upper bod a little more. I have just resumed working out, and I started with your 10min beginner jump rope workout. Since I wasn't new to jumping rope I thought it wasn't challenging enough. Kept looking and found this. It's perfect for me to start with and build up to longer jump rope sessions! Great combination of footwork and sets. Just finished my 3rd workout of the week and I haven't been sweating this much in a long time - thank you!
You did this video where you showed the footwork for jump rope. It changed everything. So i would do 10 min of that footwork no rope til i had a good pace then moved to a rope. Ive watched boxers othe vids but your changed me. Im diabetic and have taught others that want a change. I watch how long they can do the footwork then get them to do 5 minutes. Most peoples ceilings are low so people like the footwork drills. Thank you.

This was awesome thank you. I struggled a lot with balance when doing any variations other than the simple bounce, but I guess with practise I'll improve. Love the fact that you just dove right into it too without any filler.
I’ve been doing this workout for a few months now and now I’m able to complete it all with a bit of energy left so I added another ten minute workout to my routine
after 6 months tried this one again! my counters info - 1650 steps- 13 mins, 104 kcal. I did simple skipping with a lot of mini water breaks, so much sweats it gives that didn't came in walking of 40 mins. my own counted jumps by self was- 500 in 21 mins.

Just finished this workout and I absolutely love it .... I do follow your other 30 min jump rope workouts however I feel like this one has a lesser impact on my ankles which will help me to stay consistent. Also ended up doing 1500 jumps , 50 jumps every 20 seconds. Gonna try this workout for 30 days combined with 10k walking every day and see what the results are. Now question please , do you know ruffle how many calories does the workout burn ? I am currently 180 lbs . Many thanks for your amazing jump rope workouts

Yes, definitely. Majority of the time I wear Nike which would be a running shoe that has a good mid sole. I also like Reebok Classic as well. At the moment these are the shoes I use the most.
