    I’m so glad I found them. Over summer break I hit my heaviest weight of 225 at only 14 and because of them I am now 185 and happy as ever.

      @@eishasaleem5303 I know this isn't from the person you asked but it varies from person to person but you should do this probably at least 3 times a week and for me to lose this amount of weight I'm the same age as him and it took me around 3 months and I got down to 75 after being 100

      @@spellboring333 Quite a while! I enjoy adding it into my routine, and it’s a stable for my PT clients! I have asthma so it’s more of a breathing issue vs an athlete ability issue. 🥴

      @@isabelldawn Yeah I also can't seem to do it for longer than like five minutes but it is probably because I should improve my cardio.
      Been lifting weights for a while and I also like adding jumprope as a additional source of cardio other than just running/sprinting

      Don't stop when you are tired. Jump Rope Veteran always talk about active rest, this improve my endurance a lot. Along with the zendudes workouts, because they have pauses and then coming back to jump. Gradually increasing your time.

    I just started 3 days ago doing this each morning while still in my 16:8 fast. Already lost 2.5lbs!! Guys put down those running shoes and grab a rope! It works!!

    549 calorie burn ( 2 sessions/total time 44 min).
    My favorite one so far! The workout variety, timed sessions, video quality, the corner timer, the music track, the instruction/dialogue were all great!

    Started the jump rope journey 2 weeks ago and at first all I could do was jump up and down but no extra moves. Now I was able to do 75% of them and I actually finished this video not too tired. I feel like if I keep it up I will lose all my weight and go back to my high-school days🙌🙌🙌.
    *Edit: I took 4 days break because my calves started hurting every time i did jump rope, maybe because ive been inactive the past few years.
    Today I tried this exercise and it went well with only minor pain compared to last few days, i think my body was just telling me to take a break on my calves.*
    If anyone reads this and has done this journey with success. Let me know, I would love to see your journeys

      @@JumpRopeDudes DONE! Diagonal straddle is HARD! I'm still working on double unders, but went extra hard in the final burn. There's something about double unders I just can't get. I've been skipping for a month now and I've taken to it like a duck to water. I've lost 1.5kg without much diet change. Going hardcore now.. thanks again for the motivation

    I never comment on videos but this account has had such a huge impact on me since 2021 that I want to. I have always been on "soccer shape" but ever since I found you guys my junior year of high school, my physical endurance has improved significantly and had the best season ever. I'm about to start my sophomore year of college soon, and even though I don't play soccer anymore, I still find myself going back to this video (it's one of my favorites).     So I was buying some pants from the discount store last weekend and just as I was wandering around I saw they had yoga mats and some jump ropes for cheap. I picked up both and I've been having a great time with the jump rope. These videos are helpful for ideas! I'll get to the 20 minute workout duration at some point!

    Success!!! Completed it, couldn't breathe throughout.. had to rest an extra 2.5 minutes / did russian twists instead. Definitely a go to workout from now on

    First workout with you guys...definitely will be back. Appreciate the acknowledgment for other sports how this helps. Just starting really using my new rope about a month ago and still working at it. Am a cyclist and mountain biker so looking for that "something extra" to lean out, lose weight and be stronger in the saddle...weighted jump rope is a great tool I am thinking for these goals.     Thank you so much. I am a strong skipper as I used to jump rope for a demonstration team (as a kid, I am now 40). Its like riding a bike it doesn't leave you. Most routines I find are beginner and just doesn't have the intensity I need. This one was perfect

    Mine too, now i can play as a midfielder in football ⚽. Lost alot of weight too, gained some during last 4 months cuz i was preparing for improvement exams back to back. So couldn't exercise properly, now loosing it again. Lost much endurance during those days too. Thanks. And if you know you know, midfielders are ghosts much endurance needed.

    We’re on our second lockdown here in France. My Tennis club is closed and were not allowed to travel more than 1KM out of our neighborhood. I can’t even ride my Gravel bike anywhere. Second day of Jump rope. Love it and will be a great addition to my existing sports. Just ordered two ropes with my GF joining in too. Well done Guys! Thank you.

    Love jump rope! I’ve been doing it almost daily for over 25 years. In fact, in high school, coach would occasionally offer to cancel track practice if I could jump rope run a lap (400m) without a single mess up.

    Great video. I bought some crossrope jumpropes about a year ago, and I love them. I'm been getting better with jumping rope, but there is always room for improvement. I'm glad that you didn't edit out your mess up. Love the music also.

    I've been getting back into fitness for the first time since COVID kinda shut everything down. Right now I'm using my cheap $2.50 jumprope from Walmart. I did nine 3-minute rounds. (stopping as little as possible.) Last night I ordered the Get Strong set. Can't wait to get going again.

    so my workouts have consisted of super setting bodyweight exercises with some weights and then 2 minutes of jump rope followed by 1 minute rest for close to an hour. Being a professional firefighter incorporating the jump rope into my workout very much mimics being in a fire and the exhaustion your body takes. I have several of the guys now transitioning into jump roping from running and they love it. Yes we use the cross ropes and were ordering more. Keep the videos coming
