How to cook Deer Liver (Hunt Clean Cook)

In this video I head out to some public land for early doe season in Michigan. This is the first year that is has been open to the public since I have been hunting. I was very excited as I love to not only hunt, but eat deer as well. I was fortunate enough to harvest one on the first morning and decided I would share a recipe with you all that I have been enjoying with my venison lately. It's easy to make a good dish with a good cut of meat. But when you are able to take a less desirable cut and turn it into a dish that everyone is able to enjoy, is where I find a lot of joy with hunting. This is a great example of that, and a very healthy example as well.
