    I absolutely love this man.
I've been preaching the "perfect form > weight" argument for so long, and it's fantastic to hear from someone like him.
Humble, and SUPER informative. Best of luck to you, dude!

16:38 I feel like every man should watch and listen to what you said here. Brick by brick...what are you doing when no one is watching you!! You're the reason why I started my fitness journey back in Nov 20' and def wise words that I'll keep for anyone I know who hits a rough patch. Big Thanks from the USA

This last bit is the reason Fouad is one of my favorite people to follow. Believing in yourself through injuries, break ups, job losses. That struck me. Been there. Real talk. Thank you sir.

Dang bro. I’ve been with you for a few years now. Through the quad tears, triceps tear the crazy gear you had to wear and frustrations you shared with us when you could not lift. How you changed and adapted was where the gold is, not In the end result. That shit is real life and the way you handle it is #hossculture. Humility in your success is priceless. Onward my friend 🤙

Appreciate your thought process on using moderate weight compared to heavy weight. I lift much lighter on arms than most of my friends and hockey teammates but have gotten so much more growth in the 12-15 rep range for arms. PArticular reason you like starting with barbell curls compared to dumbbell curls, aside from grip options?

Gotta sign up for the Spain, just do it. When you have everything set you work so much harder and you're close to be in shape. If you miss the mark a smidge you can always use the rebound phase and get in good shape for 2021 and retire at the olympia in all glory. Its in your reach!!

Your doing the right thing, if your ready and everything is going right, then decide which show or if your doing a show....use this as a “Feeler” for next year when ( Hopefully) we get back to a Normal, it’s your life, your body.....but your helping all of us by showing You have pick and choose when and where to do a show and don’t do a show just because there is a show...your Head, your Body, and your Life need to be in it to do it.....and there is always another show around the corner, Don’t Rush it.

I noticed when you get light, yes you get a pump. But that doesn’t necessarily mean the muscle is breaking down/stressed. But moderate weight or even close to heavy, what you can handle with good form is key. The pain of light weight and really being strict isn’t much compared to moderate to heavy with strict form, even when there’s less reps. If you’re considerably strong and your curling 25 lb dumbbells with slow, tense reps compared to doing 40’s the same way but less reps. Big difference. Your working the muscle instead of just pumping it up.

Seems like the operation was a complete success if it can handle pre contest training so i guess you can thank your Surgeon and yourself to have the drive to see how you look and feel. I understand about accessing your progress, you dont want to look 80% of your former showings or rush yourself if you feel its possible to look even better further down the road

Hey Hoss, great vid. Give all our best to John. I’m curious, why is arm day your least favorite? Most guys, eat arm day up. I agree with you about moderate weight and reps for arms...especially the older I get. 41 is the magic number we share. Thanks again brother.

@@FouadAbiad a few years ago I would’ve agreed with you. Your cardio video made a lot of sense because about 2 years ago I was killing it on the stairmaster...it was too much and I lost muscle. The place I noticed it the most was my arms, so I find it to be a challenge to find the right angles at least for bicep. Tricep is always pretty easy and natural. I’ve really had to focus on the things you mention in this video so it’s a challenge for me to get that more pronounced peak again. I do appreciate your answer though.... I guess I should’ve knew that was coming. Thanks brother.

Great content mate. Really been enjoying what you been putting out. Just wanted to ask if you would recommend incorporating a forearm workout alongside your arm workout. Do you even do a separate workout for that body part. Or would you just assume it's getting done while you're doing other movements. Love to get your thoughts on it. Greetings from Australia.
