I absolutely love this man. I've been preaching the "perfect form > weight" argument for so long, and it's fantastic to hear from someone like him. Humble, and SUPER informative. Best of luck to you, dude!
16:38 I feel like every man should watch and listen to what you said here. Brick by brick...what are you doing when no one is watching you!! You're the reason why I started my fitness journey back in Nov 20' and def wise words that I'll keep for anyone I know who hits a rough patch. Big Thanks from the USA
This last bit is the reason Fouad is one of my favorite people to follow. Believing in yourself through injuries, break ups, job losses. That struck me. Been there. Real talk. Thank you sir.
You r the Man. You explain exactly how things shode be done. You dont care about others you just care about you. And you believe in yourself and that its the most important not ONLY in Bodybuilding but in LIFE. Great Hugh From a Portuguese.
This popped up in my recommended & I’m really glad I watched this. Defs gonna implement these workout tips into my workouts & also some solid life advice too. Idk if you’re gonna see this but if you do then keep at it fouad ! You’re definitely inspiring a lot of people that’s for sure !!
Dang bro. I’ve been with you for a few years now. Through the quad tears, triceps tear the crazy gear you had to wear and frustrations you shared with us when you could not lift. How you changed and adapted was where the gold is, not In the end result. That shit is real life and the way you handle it is #hossculture. Humility in your success is priceless. Onward my friend 🤙
Pipes are jacked, don't see a lot of guys come back from a tricep tear like you did. Traps and chest putting that 3X shirt to the limit. Everything I'm doing comes to a halt when I see you posted a video...Keep killing it brother
Great video hoss ! There are those of us that believe in tbe hoss ! If you choose not to compete this year, with the shape you are in the rebound will be crazy , and keep the machine rolling !
Appreciate your thought process on using moderate weight compared to heavy weight. I lift much lighter on arms than most of my friends and hockey teammates but have gotten so much more growth in the 12-15 rep range for arms. PArticular reason you like starting with barbell curls compared to dumbbell curls, aside from grip options?
Gotta sign up for the Spain, just do it. When you have everything set you work so much harder and you're close to be in shape. If you miss the mark a smidge you can always use the rebound phase and get in good shape for 2021 and retire at the olympia in all glory. Its in your reach!!
Love the philosophy. I’ve been training 20 years, done all the wrong ways, and came to pretty much the exact same conclusion as you. Great work man thanks!
I'll be very interested to see what you look like after dropping another 10 lbs. I am very impressed with the fullness and overall size your displaying here. Your arms are massive in that tank top haha!!! You could easily be one of the biggest guys on stage with some of the best muscle maturity as well. I'm rooting for you bro!!!!
Just loving the motivation speak you have in all of the videos, it's in my head when I training harder than ever and seeing the results in the gym and getting the comments is just awesome. Said it beforel the prosplit is doing the job. Keep them videos coming.
Your doing the right thing, if your ready and everything is going right, then decide which show or if your doing a show....use this as a “Feeler” for next year when ( Hopefully) we get back to a Normal, it’s your life, your body.....but your helping all of us by showing You have pick and choose when and where to do a show and don’t do a show just because there is a show...your Head, your Body, and your Life need to be in it to do it.....and there is always another show around the corner, Don’t Rush it.
I noticed when you get light, yes you get a pump. But that doesn’t necessarily mean the muscle is breaking down/stressed. But moderate weight or even close to heavy, what you can handle with good form is key. The pain of light weight and really being strict isn’t much compared to moderate to heavy with strict form, even when there’s less reps. If you’re considerably strong and your curling 25 lb dumbbells with slow, tense reps compared to doing 40’s the same way but less reps. Big difference. Your working the muscle instead of just pumping it up.
Seems like the operation was a complete success if it can handle pre contest training so i guess you can thank your Surgeon and yourself to have the drive to see how you look and feel. I understand about accessing your progress, you dont want to look 80% of your former showings or rush yourself if you feel its possible to look even better further down the road
Probably one of the most realistic guys I’ve watched. Can I bring it? That we’ll do a show. Beyond that always grinding! Haha love it keep it up. I’ve re-watched your 20k calories challenge with M&S like 5 times always makes me laugh. Much love!
Had to catch your vid on arms man! second one of the day! Just wanted to say thanks for the inspiration at the end of your video! You are right, all the hard work everyones sees and gives you props for is made when no one around you knows how hard you have worked to get there. Again, great video and you have another fan! #hopemeetshustle
Great new video I'm going to try this arm workout instead of my current 2 different bicep and tricep day. Thanks for the inspiration I'm 15 and will probably do this for the rest of my life(thank u for the wisdom)
As someone who has had elbow issues myself. I'm interested in what you are doing for the calcium problem you got, are you receiving treatment of any kind of it? If so what exactly are you doing? Cheers from England good luck with your prep
always learn a lot from you Fouad. The podcasts and videos thanks for posting it all. Loved Hosstile I’m about out of the watermelon but I’m going to order the other flavor next time. It really did go a long way. A great product well worth it.
Fouad, thoughts on supersetting biceps and triceps, or alternating bicep exercise then tricep exercise, or is your favorite to do one muscle group then the next?
Hey fouad huge fan!! I noticed you seem to see these comments and respond which is amazing! I had 2 questions 1 was where can I post questions for your hostile q&a's and are there any other ways I can support you for all the amazing free info you give out other than buying hostile supps and apparel which I already do. If you dont get back to me completely understand your a busy guy. sorry bout the long message keep up the incredible work cant get enough of your videos!
You can ask questions for the Q&A on the HOSSTILE page on IG or on my page on IG when the Q&A posts are made. Thanks for supporting my brand. That’s all I can ask really, I appreciate it!
Hey Hoss, great vid. Give all our best to John. I’m curious, why is arm day your least favorite? Most guys, eat arm day up. I agree with you about moderate weight and reps for arms...especially the older I get. 41 is the magic number we share. Thanks again brother.
@@FouadAbiad a few years ago I would’ve agreed with you. Your cardio video made a lot of sense because about 2 years ago I was killing it on the stairmaster...it was too much and I lost muscle. The place I noticed it the most was my arms, so I find it to be a challenge to find the right angles at least for bicep. Tricep is always pretty easy and natural. I’ve really had to focus on the things you mention in this video so it’s a challenge for me to get that more pronounced peak again. I do appreciate your answer though.... I guess I should’ve knew that was coming. Thanks brother.
Great content mate. Really been enjoying what you been putting out. Just wanted to ask if you would recommend incorporating a forearm workout alongside your arm workout. Do you even do a separate workout for that body part. Or would you just assume it's getting done while you're doing other movements. Love to get your thoughts on it. Greetings from Australia. Peace out!
Fouad, for what I've seen in your last videos you have a quad/chest/back/arms/hamstring split. In that case, where would you place your shoulders? Is there a 6th training day?
I want that T. Did you just cut off the sleeves off the conventional T that's on your web site now, or are you making a sleeveless T in that design that is not yet in the store?
Fouad fantastic videoss, one suggestion can you take a regular Joe natty through a few of these workouts with you so we can see how you coach him and if anything is different? i.e., volume, sets, reps etc? Thanks!
Fouad you probably already answered this in a previous video or podcast, but how did you tear your tricep? a certain exercise or outside the gym? Thanks
If you do decide to take the stage, I’ll be rooting for you.
"Feel like I carb loaded, or it could be that hostility pump" best plug so far 🤣
I absolutely love this man.

Fouad: "It's just this big, it's a little muscle group" Doesn't realize that his arm looks bigger than most people's legs in that shot.
Lol
Always informative videos man!! All the time and effort we all can clearly see you put in these are much appreciated!! 🙏🏼😎
That end speech is kind of reflective with just life in general. Got me even more motivated!
You are a tremendous inspiration Fouad 💪😊.

You can tell you started that cutting stack!
Can you make a video about your stretch routine?
Love your vids man!
I don’t stretch
This is why I appreciate your channel. You give such useful advice that anyone can use in the gym.
You're arms are back brother. You have a unique power shape/build. Hope you compete. Could see you killing it!!!!
Pipes are jacked, don't see a lot of guys come back from a tricep tear like you did. Traps and chest putting that 3X shirt to the limit. Everything I'm doing comes to a halt when I see you posted a video...Keep killing it brother
Thank you!
Your tank is great. You need to get the UK store set up I want one.
The quality of the training videos is getting better. Great work!
Can you do more how to videos and show us different variations
Proper technique videos are super helpful. Thanks Fouad!!
Great video hoss ! There are those of us that believe in tbe hoss ! If you choose not to compete this year, with the shape you are in the rebound will be crazy , and keep the machine rolling !
Wide grip barbell curls are very underrated, they’ve given my biceps such a rounder look from the front.
Last two minutes of the video rocked........so true
The end of this video is what I needed....thank you
Some excellent content Hoss !! Keep em coming mate :) with love from Australia
From 16:37. Hoss 👊🏻 Glad you got that recorded in the moment.
Those dip machines are always a favorite
Awesome vid Fouad! Really hoping you make it to a show! It doesn’t have to be this year...you still have what it takes.
Thanks brother for that statement of self belief and hard work
Great tips again. Thank you Mr. Abiad

Great sequence of excercises. Tnx a lot.

Crazy how I worked biceps yesterday and did the same exercises in the same order except added cable curls at the end
Great message Hoss, that's the wisdom that only comes from experience.
always learn a lot from you Fouad. The podcasts and videos thanks for posting it all. Loved Hosstile I’m about out of the watermelon but I’m going to order the other flavor next time. It really did go a long way. A great product well worth it.

I think it’s great also. I do that sometimes.
Great content love how you explain everything in detail
Fouad is someone you just can't help really liking and wanting him to do extremely well when he competes. I'm a fan boy now 🤣👍🏻💪🏻
Thank you

All solid advice 💯💪💪💪
Looking good "BIG MAN" look forward to the next workout 💪 🇨🇦🇺🇸
Incredible advice, thank you for the motivation sir!
Love the dog! Great video.
Fouad is at the point where he doesn't have to compete to be a "big name" in bodybuilding because his content is so good.
👊🏽
Awesome video! Makes me want to hit the gym right now. Great info too. Thanks FOUAD. Keep up the good shit man. Awesome music too.
Love your training vids with comments. You are real and tell no shit. Thanks! Good luck with the prepp and hope you will compete 💪💪💪💪💪💪
you said the keyword "FORM"! You da man!!!! 💪
Hey Hoss, great vid. Give all our best to John. I’m curious, why is arm day your least favorite? Most guys, eat arm day up. I agree with you about moderate weight and reps for arms...especially the older I get. 41 is the magic number we share. Thanks again brother.

I don’t really train forearms at all
The intro with the dog was awesome!! Hahah
Love the video, what is your body percentage for fat?
Fouad, by the sitting machine dip I feel my triceps a lot more bending over, than sitting straight. In that case I feel my shoulders and chest more.
At 15:16 what were you drinking? just wondering if it was intra carbs or aminos?
IntraR3 by HOSSTILE supplements
Where can I get those headphones? I stand by that quote
Fouad, for what I've seen in your last videos you have a quad/chest/back/arms/hamstring split. In that case, where would you place your shoulders? Is there a 6th training day?
There’s just sum bout him that keeps bringing me back to the channel like his food stuff the most tho
👊🏽
Literally just finished arms on your program now I get to watch this with cardio 🙏🏻
Hi,Where did you buy his program?
Definitely is that Hosstility pump 💪🏻
I want that T. Did you just cut off the sleeves off the conventional T that's on your web site now, or are you making a sleeveless T in that design that is not yet in the store?
Just cut the sleeves off
Arms day leeesssssgoooo you know its gonna be a good day 💪
Do you do any isolation work for your triceps and biceps on your chest and back workout ? (Inaddition to arms day)
Nope
Always something to learn man!!damn 120g of carbs, struggle is real, keep up Big General, salutee!!
Fouad fantastic videoss, one suggestion can you take a regular Joe natty through a few of these workouts with you so we can see how you coach him and if anything is different? i.e., volume, sets, reps etc? Thanks!
Maybe in the offseason but not while in prep.

Bench pressing
