*ronnie has left the chat*
Damn...
Damn ronnie is badass but it's true
Yazid Hamid ignorant comment!!
There’s ppl out there who don’t even exercise and have there joints fucked he’s not a young guy he’s getting on he’s 56 some ppl can go longer others don’t it’s just life.
LDcorx yeah very true. I had juvenile arthritis and it hit my ankles pretty hard when I was young. I’m 40 now and I gotta watch what I do and how much. My knees, ankles and hips aren’t so great. Can’t run much - well over a few days then I gotta rest. Same with squats and lunges. My muscles may feel good and I could do more but if my joints hurt I stop. I’m lucky my shoulders and elbows are ok and I don’t have to worry to much. It’s about taking care of your self and knowing your limits. Not sure if I would take this approach if I wee younger and a professional sportsperson and that’s my job or my main focus and my goals were all for a particular event. I used to be a swimmer and a waterpolo player. Each to there own. As I have got older my priorities have changed. Fitness is more for health now.
Poor Ronnie 😩
"I've lost some forearm size" Cameraman flips to a forearm the size of my legs.
Dang you got big ass legs
I'm shocked at how wholesome this video is. That was some solid down-to-earth advice and then they top it off by giving the video guy some love. How cool. You've earned a fan.

Imagine trying to tell Jay Cuttler he's doing it wrong🙄
This dude is really humble. I am a runner and will never look like him, nor will I try, but I love people that pass on knowledge about how they do their thing without an ego or attitude.

What I love is that Jay Cutler unlike others doesn't even charge a penny in telling us his Multi-Mr Olympia worthy workouts. I hope you know that everyone loves you Jay, your a true individual that gives to others whilst asking for nothing back. #JayCutler

Speaking of joints you should do a video on how you keep your joints in good health even during your stage phase and ALL the heavy weight and how it effects you now
4000mg msm and 4000mg glukosamine and EQ or Deca!
Jay looks big but a lot less big than when he competed.
@@hermanasenius4729 msm and glukosamine is a legal wonder supplement, works great for joints
Your joints will go bad even if you don't lift any weight as you get older, best you can is figure out how much your body can handle.
training causes morphological changes resulting in the strengthening of the joint. if you have joint issues you are probably on an inflammatory shit diet
I would love to see more of Jay and Meadows. Both guys are probably two of the best when it comes to training smart. Seeing them chew the fat and spitball theories and strategies is like striking gold.
Jay, honestly, man you've been consistently good since I saw you train for your first Mr.O. always a pleasure getting info from you. Thanks for motivating me on a daily. Stay healthy we need you around this field.
Jay please stay healthy, you are one of my favorite body builders currently and I don't want you to die of a heart attack like so many body builders.
Amazing respect for his humility and free advice for all those out there, respect Jay...
I love both style of videos and editing... but I do find that the raw vids just bring me back to the old BB vids of the 90s. Either way, great content as usual!
Jay has incredible knowledge and I love his down to earth demeanor! Jay shows confidence in his teachings and the proof is in the pudding!! Keep it up Jay. You inspire me. I am 53 and have lost 170 pounds! Your part of that! Thank you
That's incredible weight loss 👏
Been a fan since the 90's,and very happy to be able to watch these vids.Keep up the great work Jay!
Love your vids bro. Full of great content. Always very informative. I've gained a lot of insight watching your channel and love your supplements and swag! Keep up the great work and God bless you bro...

Still in great shape Jay. Thank you for your channel and your knowledge!
Thanks to Jay Cutler and the whole team for putting out this amazing material
Love this!!! Just started watching Jay. So many fitness gurus out there, I’ve heard all of them. Stick with the top level professional bodybuilders and lifters. Study their form...positions, and movements. My form mirrors Jays, which confirms I’ve been doing it right all along.
I really like the cutler camp. Everyone so chilled and it never seems fake
My thoughts exactly. No ego, just being a good steward of the discipline.
Coming from just an average guy I want to say thank you for taking the time and helping to break down things that helped you out through your years of hard work and dedication. I appreciate your humbleness and time.... cool that you're still putting in the work
You can’t even argue with his form because this guy is up there with the best
I agree totally but as you can see there are loads of people who obviously know more than a multi-Olympia winner in the comments section.
It seems that exercise form is not crucial when it comes to becoming a champion bodybuilder. Maybe other factors are more important.
we see that he do like this today and doesn't seem to car...but was he doing bad form when he was building his arms from 0 when he was younger ?
do we have formers video or photo from 20 or 15 years before..it would be interessant to see...now he has already build his arms, he will not grow them, he is doing bodybuilding mostly to keep his gains
Jay has really opened up he's way better then he was before more down to earth and a real guy cool and collected keep it up big brother!
such a legend right here.......respect to Cutler for letting us into his world....
Thank you Jay! I'm starting my competitive life this summer and your advice has been great.
Met Jay last week at a nutrition store grand opening. I was a bit star struck for some reason and didnt get to ask the questions i wanted. We actually had a conversation about Calum Von Moger because i had one of his sweatshirts on. Awesome experience. Such a great guy. Keep up the good work champ. Thanks for the signature 🤙
i met him in kalamazoo mi on his way to a guest posing .. we wer at a steak house and the dude is strait up awsome . i talked with him for a few min and then let him go so as not to bother the guy too much and he acted a little sad i let him go so fast .. super awsome guy ( this was at his peak)
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. It blows my mind I can come onto UA-cam and get insights from someone who’s been doing this stuff professionally for years. Little things like doing triceps before biceps I never thought about. Gonna give that a go. Keep the awesome videos coming!

Hell ya! Big arm Friday’s is tomorrow. Getting pumped for it. Great video.
I love to use the "Push / Pull" idea. Monday-Chest / Back; Tuesday-Shoulders; Wednesday-Triceps / Biceps; Thursday-rest; Friday-Legs and Abs. I do LLS cardio MWF AM, gym classes on Tu & Th, HIIT and Crossfit combination, and the weight workout is in the afternoon to early evening. I love to Super Set, and even throw in some "drop sets" on some of the exercises.
Id love to see the guy who tells a 4 times mr.o hes doing an exercise wrong. 🤣
Mike lol
That would be Mike Ohearn when he was with Larry Wheels pressing.
It also depends on what your body looks like, how your body works, how much you weigh and how strong different parts of your body is. I say you - and only you - will feel what is right and what is wrong for you.

Jay is a classy guy. Love the fact he’s still healthy and not killing himself in the gym. A true legend in the sport and one of the all time greats. I love hitting bi’s and tri’s together but I prefer to superset. I agree with warming up the elbows especially since I’m just a couple of years older than Jay. To all the youngstahs out there reading this, trust me, your shit is gonna start hurting as you age. It never gets any easier. Lol!
Love this video MR. Cutler you've always been an inspiration to me stay humble god bless.
Don't normally do bi/Tris together but today I tried this exact workout. Awesome pump & felt really good doing Tris first. Thanks for posting it & all the great content you do.
Jay, it's wild to see you grow old before my eyes. I don't mean your old yet, but your getting there. I guess we're all heading that direction. I love the practical approach to lifting because it humanizes the act itself. So many body builders make things appear harder than it actually is, so they can feel superior. I appreciate you Jay. I know you're a good person from the way you carry yourself. You said in Generation Iron that you must think and act like a champion before you are a champion! I carry that with me everyday brother. God bless you!
And you sir just got my sub because you are humble and very descriptive with your workouts thank you

You're a legend and thank you for the tips! No bs 5 min of commercials. Just straight into it.
Jay you’ve inspired me to train better and smarter not just for competitive reason but for the health reasons. 45 and no joint point, almost unheard of in bodybuilding.
Jay having olympia flashbacks every time he trains, love you bro
ADHD possibly. Or he sees how guys that made bodybuilding UA-cam channels made so much money, and never even competed in their lives. Why not hear it from a real Olympian.
Jay's the only dude allowed to do forearms in the squat rack 🙌💪
Lol I never understood that. Who cares if you modify a piece of equipment for an excercise. That's like me screaming at someone for doing hanging leg raises off a pull up bar and not pullups. Wait you're turn and just use the equipment after the other person is done regardless of the excercise.
Haha. All the champions in the 70s and 80s did their curls in the squat rack. Sergio Olivia curled in the squat rack... Don't be fooled by what you hear today. The "don't curl in the squat rack" motto is new
@@KTtraintowin Exactly. Tell that to a guy like Charles glass who always finds some way to modify a piece of equipment for a compeltley unrelated bodypart to what you want to train. I think it's stupid to think that. Look at pull up bar and how many different exercises you can do. I'd rather some guy be able to overload his biceps safely in a squat bar and drop it on the pins instead of ruining the floor and just dropping the bar.
Shit Lee Priest bruh
When your arms are bigger than the guy who waiting's legs it's allowed
What a legend I like how u put these vids across showing great work and u talk relaxed good stuff

Awesome video jay, good tips for having a big arms.
One of ur biggest fan from india, kolkata.
Thanx man
Jay: I’ve never had genetically big arms
Also Jay: first ever bench was 305😂
@Medic bench involves a lot of triceps though. Especially the lockout
Medic Its just as much triceps as it is chest
@Medic You're right.. But please go find us a person who is a strong bencher that doesn't have impressive arms. Like it or not, the larger portion of their tricep volume is going to going to come from benching , overhead pressing and potentially dips. And because those movements are easier to progress and overload then tricep pushdown or overhead extensions , they are going to be responsible for more arm growth than trying to isolate the triceps
Bench is 90% chest and front delts dumbfuck
@@adf286 depends on ur width and technique and muscle insertion, whos the dumb one now :P
