Jay, it's wild to see you grow old before my eyes. I don't mean your old yet, but your getting there. I guess we're all heading that direction. I love the practical approach to lifting because it humanizes the act itself. So many body builders make things appear harder than it actually is, so they can feel superior. I appreciate you Jay. God bless you!
I love both style of videos and editing... but I do find that the raw vids just bring me back to the old BB vids of the 90s. Either way, great content as usual!
This is awesome to hear because I've been doing this same routine for over a decade. I always hit triceps first and then biceps and I do all of these lifts. You are definitely an inspiration to many. Stay fit for life.
Never took to jay from his earlier recordings, but I see it now that was his humility and I feel he now has deep dives into lots of info you can use. I just witnessed someone behind the back wrist curl my 80% max for bench...
How long have you been lifting, because it shouldn’t take you more than two years to be able to reverse wrist curl 135
Julian Fonseca I really only was consistent from July in 2018 - nov or dec 2018 but I’m getting back into it as of last month. So I’ve got like 5-7 months under my belt.
Julian Fonseca on top of that I’m only 16
People progress at different stages. The only competition is yourself
Julian Fonseca petty fuck
I feel like after competing and retiring these dudes must feel a sense of relief hitting the gym and actually enjoying their workouts rather than suffering to get YYYUUUUGGGGEEE. I think it’s awesome and seeing how Jay genuinely enjoys working out really motivates me
One of my idols in body building , best ever Jay Cutler, stay humble man...
The man is genuine and real 👍🏼👊🏼🙏🏼
This is a sick format, more workout vids like this!
Not surprising, he DID always have one of the strongest arms in the NFL
That took me way to long to get the joke
Wrong Cutler lol
Sometimes he threw it to the wrong team..
Jay's arms were looking great at the end of the video.
No ego. No fake crap. No absurd exercises.
Just JC confirming that the basics are really are best and him being a great steward of the sport/discipline.
He could have cut out the end where the new guy is taking a chance and doing what he loves. But he didn't, and now 1.4M people have seen it.
Using your power and popularity for good is the difference between him and others and it shows.

11:22 The biggest dude with the smallest dog. I love it.
So GAY.
How u gonna tell mr olympia he's doing it wrong
Lol for real!
I think this guy should try to compete in bodybuilding I think he would do good
Ryan White I think your on to something with that idea
Yes he should consider it
Jay I’m so proud of you for changing the game ! Where you are today ! Was a impossible task that you proved “ nothing gonna stop you “ look it you now! Blood “ sweat “ pain .. you’ve earned and worked , turned a negative “ into a positive, bless you and family brother 💪💪💪👍👍👍👍👍👍👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻2023
Triceps rope pull downs:12 reps

Hammer overhead extensions:I mainly focused on getting 12 reps
Close grip bench:Getting 12 reps
Bicep curls: pretty simple 12 repitions
Drinking protein shake:Just 12 reps
Having s*x: Just trying to get to 12 reps
Jay having olympia flashbacks every time he trains, love you bro
ADHD possibly. Or he sees how guys that made bodybuilding UA-cam channels made so much money, and never even competed in their lives. Why not hear it from a real Olympian.
I enjoy working Biceps and Triceps together
as well.
I am a simple guy. I hear Jay Cutler's training advice, I implement it the next training session
yeah and you are on 3 grams of gear
@Guadalajara Cartel
3 grams will do the job
If you're smart enough you can modify what you hear to fit into your diet and training regimen according to your knowledge of your own body's recovery without stopping at the easy way of "I am not on gear I can't get benefit from that advice"
@An Illusion
take some gear you internet troll
@An Illusion that's an illusion
I can’t believe we’re getting this for free. Thank you Jay you’re an inspiration
Would one day like to meet Mr. Cutler. Grew up on watching Strongman, Mr. Olympia when i would get the chance. What an era.
Thanks to Jay Cutler and the whole team for putting out this amazing material
Jay still looks amazing. He never let himself go
The sad sci-fi music really lets you know it’s time to get pumped
I remember buying a "Muscle and Fitness" magazine in January - February 1997 and Jay was on the front page, the guy is a Legend.
A TRUE LEGEND of the Game, nothing but Respect Jay
GOD BLESS EVERYONE 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
STAY FOCUSED
Sick as a dog right now and watching this video has me dying to get to the gym even more..
You just know all the bros on their phones be waiting like "Fuck, I just want this guy to go home so I can go back to looking hard."
jay cutler number one in our life.
Jay Cutler looks great for his age. For being a retired pro Olympia bodybuilder he looks absolutely phenomenal. Crazy to think he's natural.
This dude is huge! He reminds me of Street Shark days! 💪🏼🦈
You're putting out so many good videos. Videos that are inspiring and knowledgeable. Thank you Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. 🏋️🙏
I know you're a good person from the way you carry yourself. You said in Generation Iron that you must think and act like a champion before you are a champion! I carry that with me everyday brother. God bless you!
Love your channel Mr. J!!!
I love both style of videos and editing... but I do find that the raw vids just bring me back to the old BB vids of the 90s. Either way, great content as usual!
Been a fan since the 90's,and very happy to be able to watch these vids.Keep up the great work Jay!
This is awesome to hear because I've been doing this same routine for over a decade. I always hit triceps first and then biceps and I do all of these lifts. You are definitely an inspiration to many. Stay fit for life.
Awesome video jay, good tips for having a big arms.
One of ur biggest fan from india, kolkata.
Thanx man
I wish I could upvote this video more times, like every time I come back to it and watch it.
It's like having a free personal trainer...the best in the world. Thanks Jay.
grande Jay Cutler!
venha para o Brasil qualquer dia desses!
Pretty close to what I'm doing now but I need to reverse my routine so I'm doing triceps first. Thanks man.
2:38 - No one in their right mind would say Jay Cutler is doing ANY exercise wrong.
Never took to jay from his earlier recordings, but I see it now that was his humility and I feel he now has deep dives into lots of info you can use. Jay, mountain dog and Yates are my favourite gurus at the moment. I’ll also look at bob park - I thought I knew all the names, perhaps I got confused with reg park.
Mr bean is the best guru
FIFTH TIME...
OLYMPIA is calling you JAY❤️
looks strange seeing a gym again in these covid-19 times.. miss it
Same bro miss going to to the gym. Lol we all will be sour the going to gym the next day though. Xd
Exactly bud!
Still in great shape Jay. Thank you for your channel and your knowledge!
I'm most dominant in my forearms but there's all ways room for improvement so I'm gonna apply the tips that have been bestold upon me
With insane pumps, and great human will. This bodybuilder is true inspiration
I was not making any progress combining chest and back with triceps or biceps. Focusing on my arms once a week following this video made a HUGE difference.
Thank you Jay! I'm starting my competitive life this summer and your advice has been great.
