    Best thing about the videos are the details. Really appreciated the detail with the range of motion suggested with the rear delt fly. Never thought of it that way. Always a fan. Definitely getting the pre-workout.

    Fouad that makes total sense and every Monday after my off day which is Sunday I take a little longer to get in the groove. I was just telling a guy at my gym the other day that I feel worse after an off day!

    Fouad was this video made before the change of training style? When you have figured out your best way to warm up for executing your working set, you are going to enjoy the DC style, without a doubt!! It's going to be bruuuutal.
    I know you don't like the more gutteral side of metal but if I may suggest one band to for that one set: Gorgasm. Their 2014 album will suffice I presume.
    Hopefully it will have an equal focused and disciplined effect as it has on me during those reps.

    *Fouad*, the Smithmachine at my gym has a slightly angled ROM a.k.a range of motion (linear). You recommend pressing against of away the motion? Bench in front of the ROM or reversed?

    How tight do you crank that belt down? I have a lever belt, but I've always kept the thing so tight that it causes bruises. I've gotten away from using it, but it I were to squat heavy or something with my back like it is, I'd for sure use it.

    Fouad great video. Would love for you to make more videos about food and eating big. Would love a series called the history of bodybuilding food where each episode talks about 1 specific bodybuilding food - example: episode 1, oats, episode 2, beef, etc.. talking about what type of the food you should buy, how you can cook it, the history of how it became a bodybuilding food.

    I would love to see some kind of professional to talk about injuries and how do they happen on your podcast, even besides training, im sure just how you sit or sleep makes a difference in your shoulder tendons or else

      I think I have slap tear in my shoulder need some advice Fouad. Please! I’m only doing lateral raises and rear delts pushing through the pain but the next day major pain and stiffness in the shoulder mobility can barely get the shoulder over head HELP
