- Cheeky little POV drive, first time I’ve ever attempted this so sorry the camera is a little shaky at times. Now I’ve done it once I know what to do better for next time.

I appreciate it, I will do a better one sometime this week the camera was rattling cause I tied it round my passenger head restraint and a bit of it was knocking off the metal on the head restraint!!

Will P hahaha yeh I will try get a few cheeky races, I’ll do one driving through the centre of town I always end up finding a few races. Usually only Type R’s or 1.0 eco boost fiestas, I need a rear dashcam so I can get the footage from that so you can see me gapping them;) lol. Yeh the fast lane and they sit there doing 55/60mph when the speed limit is 70....😂😂

At least when I do record some races I won’t loose I suppose eh lmao. Definitely gonna try get some, theres sometimes golf R, s3 around town I’ll try find some to race haha.

Bit shaky until 0:42 but after that it was good, I enjoy POV drives would like to see another.
Yeh it is way to shaky until 0:42 I should’ve edited that bit out, I didn’t realise how bad it was.

How’s it going mate your cars minted. I have a 2016 JCW and thinking of getting a stage 1 map done. How is your mini keeping? Any problems with it so far on a stage 1? What’s the torque steer like?
Thanks mate I appreciate it!! I’d get it done mate definitely it completely transforms the car it’s mad, I’ve had 0 problems up to now and did about 6k miles since having it tuned.
The torque steer was bad with my old tyres on (Pirelli pzero’s) but had some PS4’s fitted yesterday and they’re absolutely quality. If you don’t have them already I’d get some PS4’s before the remap mate helps a lot!! I us to spin in 3rd, no spin what so ever even in 2nd now!!

@@whosFluxyUK yeh you should do mate, I have an uprated paddle clutch in me. But you don’t need to worry about clutches the JCW clutch is strong from factory mate, my friend had a cooper S mapped and his clutch slipped so I just got an uprated clutch when I got the remap just to be on the safe side, sorry for not mentioning it. The JCW clutch is spot on tho so don’t worry about that.

I just used my IPhone 11 mate haha. Zoomed out on 0.5X.
What tune do you have for the car ?
I have had it custom tuned by a place near me called BTG performance, they’re based in South Shields.

Hey, yes they’re absolutely safe to tune, I would recommend upgrading your spark plugs and air filter to maximise the gains but yeh don’t worry it will be absolutely fine👍😃 I’ve did over 24000 miles with mine tuned and it’s been spot on, touch wood!!

No mate it is currently stage 1 tuned👍😃 stage 2 will take it to over 300hp, currently only 285/290hp.
@@gsmini1749 oh ok kool... I'm wondering what would be best for myself now that I have full exhaust (jcw pro kit tune), DP & FMIC. My CEL just came on, but I want to install Dinan Elite tuner. Some say I have to tune off that CEL by a stage.
With the modifications you have, you’d be best off getting a stage 2 custom dyno tune, that way you’d get the best results and also the CEL would get mapped out, when you install a DP they throw up the CEL so yes that needs tuning out bud! I don’t think there is any other way of removing the CEL from a DP without a tune🤔🤔
What mods?
At the time of this video, I only had a few mods mate! Lowering springs, spacers, pro ram panel filter and a resonator delete! I’ve done a lot more since, I’m looking at bringing a new video out soon with all the mods I’ve done up to now and some clips of me driving etc👍😃

Nice mate! A valved exhaust is definitely recommended like! Yeh it’s currently stage 1 tuned 253.4hp 429.5nm, I’ve just fitted a sports CAT last weekend so it’s going for a stage 2 tune 5th of July! I will do a video on it and of the dyno figures etc mate so you can check it out👍😃
I’ve now got a straight pipe+ sports CAT, induction kit, uprated clutch+lightened flywheel, intercooler, short shifter. So it’s fully ready for the stage 2 hoping for 280hp+🤞😃
