I agree with everything because I have all those things done on my MCS. Also recommend upgrading the intercooler if living in a hot climate because the OEM one starts to heatsoak pretty quick.
Awesome mate, the bozworx exhausts are quality!! I’m starting a new job finally on Tuesday so in around a month I’m going to be getting a bozworx valved exhaust, can’t bloody wait!! I’m going for that then the decat, if I go for the decat first it’ll probs be way to loud so it’ll be nice to have the valve!! You should definitely decat it’s meant to feel crazy.
1st mod for this car should be brakes... the difference with the JCW is huge, and more if its tuned like mine (cooper S with 276hp) so callipers, discs and rear pads are mandatory. The fake self-locking differential uses the brakes in order to act like a real one, so if you have this car tuned, go for jcw brakes or at least change callipers, discs and rear pads, if not, its not gonna be so fun once you start cornering hard
Tbh I completely agree with you!! I upgraded my brakes to grooved discs and EBC yellow stuff pads they work brilliant, I’m also changing my brake fluid to some race fluid as this fluid just isn’t up to par. I agree tho the standard brakes on these are horrendous, a few hard brakes that’s it they’re gone!! When these are mapped you’re right you need to be able to stop as quickly as you can accelerate.

Is that overrun mapped in or does it do that on factory map? 👍 Did have a question for you about insurance being, do you tell the insurance ALL if any of your mods? it’s been a little disappointing for me ( adding tinted windows or an exhaust both bring insurance up 1500+ !) so I don’t know wether to risk not telling them or not!

Love the 210’s, I just did it all myself me, using PLASTI KOTE from B&M it’s a gloss black peelable spray paint it’s £5.79 a tin and it’s absolutely spot on!! I’d highly recommend it. For the blue bits i used blue spray paint for the grill strip and air ducts on the front bumper, and for the belt line I used electrical tape😂👍 I did all that for literally about £10, to buy everything it’s around £250. The only things I bought where the door handles which are covers they cost £28 off eBay, and the front grill surround which was £35 off eBay👍🤔

Thanks for the comment!:) I’ve had 0 problems with the map other than it was pushing too much torque so I needed to get an uprated clutch, other than that the car has been absolutely perfect and I’ve did around 4,000 miles up to now with it on!! The difference is absolutely mind blowing, tbh it’s scary how much of a difference it is. These cars are crazy once remapped you really do have to be careful when driving it hard.

They had a more expensive one that connects to more sensors which can do 260bhp but I felt that I would ease myself in to more power see how it feels. You can hear the turbo spools up much much faster and more aggressive in sport mode. Have you had any good little races in yours yet? Since installing mine i haven't had any good competition

I’ve had a few races since mine has been 285hp I raced a 440hp hybrid turbo 535D I gapped that by a car/2car length with video proof, I raced my friends Audi s3 stage 1 running 365hp 520nm I was neck n neck with him but I was wheel spinning from 20mph to 80mph in the rolling race, when I got grip I was about to start pulling but he let off!! He was scared,) so yeh I’ve had a few good races!! No other cars really touch these minis once tuned unless they’re some crazy cars.

stasisthebest JCW only have 205’s n most people get 225’s on their cooper S’ I don’t think a copper who’s behind me is gonna notice the difference between 215’s and 225’s lmao.

He looked really confused that I could do that. But hey, be careful, you never know who and when will stop you and check your papers.

I’d defo recommend a F56 like I love mine, don’t think there’s any other car out there like it know what I mean. The capability of the engine is crazy, handle is brilliant and they look sexy af haha.

sjlsw hahaha!! Yeh mate they’re 15mm on the front and 20mm on the back, I know There is a few out there but I think for the 15mm/20mm are about £90/£100.
I just took them off and sanded them down using 400 grit and then 800 grit sandpaper and then I used some primer and some £2.49 spray paint haha. I did that for my light surrounds and my fuel cap and then I just bought the front grill surround for £35 and the handle covers for £29.
I used a peelable spray paint called Plasti Dip for my headlight surrounds and tail light surrounds. For the door handles I got gloss black covers from eBay, and I got the front grill surround off eBay also. The handles cost me around £28 and the grill around £35.
Hahaha hard choice huh? Polo GTI are great cars specifically the 1.8T not the 1.4Twin charged, fiesta ST great cars but really slow not going to lie and everywhere you look there’s a ST.... haha. Cooper S amazing all round car, great interior, look great and such a tuneable platform, stage 1 280hp+ 400nm+ no other car in this range is as cape able from just a remap! Also once you drive a mini you’ll never turn back so yeh😉😂

What setting you have your JB Plus at? Mines set on 5. I was afraid to max it cos I’ve read it’ll throw a code.

Instead of pleb spacers just buy widest rims with lower offset, this way you are not ruining your bearing as much.

What length wheel bolts do you use on your mini mate ?
I’m sure they’re 43mm mate, either 43 or 40mm! I’ve got 20mm spacers on the front 15mm spacers on the back n they seem to have fit them perfectly!!

I used a peelable spray paint called Plasti Dip for my headlight surrounds and tail light surrounds.
For the door handles I got gloss black covers from eBay, and I got the front grill surround off eBay also. The handles cost me around £28 and the grill around £35.

Hahaha hard choice huh? Polo GTI are great cars specifically the 1.8T not the 1.4Twin charged, fiesta ST great cars but really slow not going to lie and everywhere you look there’s a ST.... haha. Cooper S amazing all round car, great interior, look great and such a tuneable platform, stage 1 280hp+ 400nm+ no other car in this range is as cape able from just a remap! Also once you drive a mini you’ll never turn back so yeh😉😂
@@gsmini1749 hahhaha my brother lives in Seaton sluice, they have a cooper and an m140, he said exactly the same thing, "they are everywhere." I live in NI, work as a mental health nurse and just want something a bit more exciting, I currently drive a 1 litre, 16 year old fiesta lol. I think its the mini jcw I will go for, engine appears to be cable of running a stage one all day. Thanks for the reply mucker, much appreciated and love the wagon.....
Murphy D hahaha tour brother knows the score when it comes to cars clearly so definitely listen to him😉😂 and yeh a JCW is going to be an absolutely insane step up from the 1L haha you will love it mate I have no doubt about it at all!! Tbh you won’t even need to tune it for a long time if you’ve coming from a 1.0, the JCW is amazing standard!
