In my opinion, I only really like the zombies. I feel like the maps are just excellent and hard to play but that makes it better. It makes you WANT to get better and get to a higher round or complete the easter egg. The multiplayer and Blackout is alright, but I love zombies and have been playing it for years, since Black Ops 1 even.

My only serious gripe about recommending this game, despite hearing and perhaps finding it way fresher than series past, is that the lack of a campaign combined with the more polished experience will only fuel the fire of AAA decrying single-player games as 'dead.' I don't expect CoD to _ever_ go back to making campaigns anymore after how well this game launched, even if the shareholders are still being bitchy and demanding more money anyway.
But are we really just gunna pretend like there's an infinite well of opportunity to create new call of duty campaigns? Think about the creative decision from the context of how you would try to work with a team to create a cod campaign worth playing in 2018.
I mean, I don't mind it not being there; what I do mind is that its absence will be used as an excuse. @@TheUnchosenOne

No, the campaign was typically nothing special; it was usually there for folks who are like myself and just want something simple to play alone - if that's not what _you_ enjoy, then that's fine.
