Wonderful tutorial!!!! I'm a very new quilter and had no idea that this could be done with my embroidery machine! Looking forward to trying to do this so that I will be able to "free motion" my quilts myself. I realize that the learning curve for quilting can be quite steep and tutorials like this are invaluable. You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you!
When you get to the end and say you only have 7 inches of space left for your last column....how do you finish out the last or edge rows? This video is fantastic tysm!
Hi there.... I always leave a generous amount of batting and backing beyond the quilt... and then when I get to the edge and it's not a full pattern stitch out, I stitch the quilting that would be in the quilt and advance my machine through the parts that are just batting and backing ... so as the needle goes on and off the actual quilt, I stop the stitching and move the needle to the next position that it would be on the quilt...hope this helps...♥
I can’t afford a magnetic hoop. Quite expensive for someone on Social Security. Ok, you answered my question. I can’t wait to do this!!!!!! I have a pattern I want to use and I just finished some blocks, so I’m getting there.
Just found this channel. Thanks for all the help. I have the 790 Plus. Hadn’t tried the edge to edge. Making sense now. Have you ever tried Kimberbell Clear Blue Tiles?
I am using 50 weight cotton Aurifil thread in both top and bobbin…. The design is from Amelie Scott designs.. it is called feathers from expansion pack 5…
I have been having issues with my threads nesting on the back of my quilt even though I pull up the bobbin thread, and hold both threads to start. Any suggestions?
@@anndalynnketellapper8296 couple things….try a little larger size needle, use a poly/cotton thread or a 100% cotton thread, if it still happens you might need a small adjustment on the timing of your machine.. a tech at your dealer can do that for you….❤️

Great information. Thank you. What size snap hoop do you use for your 770QE?
The RM4..❤️
Where did you find the stylus you are using in this video. It doesn’t resemble the Bernina stylus and looks easier to hold and handle. Thanks

Very interesting. Thank you for sharing. What weight of thread are you using? And where do you purchase this design? I’ve never tried this before.

@FiddlestixAndStitches I use a quilting needle size 14 and a Hemmingworth embroidery thread. Thx
Question! Does your batting need to be thin so it can be hooped??
You can use most any batting … your hoops have some room so I think you’d be ok even with a heavier batting..❤️

Thank you
When you turn the template upside down from A to B…do you change the screen design to B or just keep it at A?
I change the design on the screen to match the orientation of the design… I want it to stitch out correctly….❤️
Where did you get the pattern to print out?
Joyce, do you mean the quilting design? That is from Amelie Scott Designs..❤️
I’m 💕your videos, can you tell me the Facebook group Name please🌷🌷🌷
