Adrenal fatigue, also known as adrenal insufficiency or adrenal burnout, is a topic that is garnering more and more attention. Because of increasing stress levels in a large portion of the population, doctors and scientists are appreciating the important role that stress plays on illness and health. But how exactly does stress have to do with the adrenal glands? And more importantly, what role does gluten play in the development of adrenal fatigue?

Yes, I got Addison‘s disease is terrible and I am trying to eat right and take high vitamin C like you mentioned and B5 beef liver pills I’m not taking any steroids and I don’t want to get on them. I want my adrenal to produce cortisol. It’s very difficult every day. I’m tired and drained and I have to lay down a lot, but I’m trying to heal my adrenals, so I love to get any information from you that can help. God bless you. Thank you for all the videos I very much appreciate it Dr. Osborne.🥰❤️

I went through all of this in Dec 2012 and had to retire. I had to do so much research on my own to understand this!
Thank you so much for explaining it so clearly!
So glad some Doctors are finally believing it!

I had worked at a very large school system as a Technology Specialist.
They were adding more technology and not hiring more people.
I was working long hours without extra pay just to get all the work done.
I had personal family issues. I was working out but eating gluten foods not knowing that was causing my hives.
I was starring into computer monitors all day long.
Oct of 2012 I could feel myself going down
Not able to fall asleep at night, then going into a deep sleep around 4:00 am and then could not hear my alarm to wake up.
By Jan 4, 2013… I got totally dressed for work, car keys in my hand. Fell back in bed fully dressed and collapsed.
I was basically in bed for 7 months before I found out depression was a symptom of adrenal fatigue. Once I realized that and got on an antidepressant, it took a while to start getting up and living life slowly.
What you need to know is that it takes a very long time to heal.
I had to change my life to no bread. No sugar.
I was fortunate enough to have worked my 30 yrs and could retire.
It has been 10 yrs of recovery and now with more family stress I can feel it coming back on.
But know what to do this time. The hardest part of all of this was not understanding what adrenal fatigue actually is? This Doctor explains it so well!😊

This was a great presentation! I'm trying to grasp and balance a new treatment plan to improve my overall health amd well being. I had hormone and neurotransmitter testing and the results were astounding. This video gave me hope that I'm on the right path as I'm overwhelmed by all of the changes that I've made thus far. Thank you for sharing. Ayurvedic medicine has had a huge impact on my adrenal and hormone balance. Especially Holy Basil, Ashwagandha, and Shatavari.

Yes, I’m the one with Addison’s disease and yes I have celiac disease too. I’ve had that for years and I believe that’s what led to the Addison’s disease.

i would really like to see a video on dehydration and fluids uptake. i had a problem when I was chronically ill where i couldn't take fluids as reacted quite badly. this eventually improved after changing my diet and nutrition but it took a while. no doctor has been able to explain my "allergy" to fluids. fortunately im over that phase now but i never understood it. i was eating a poor diet for many years including all sorts of grains which i believe contributed to becoming chronically ill.

I don’t believe that Dhea makes progesterone. It’s path is only estrogen and test. And I believe it makes those hormones in both sexes.
Let me know if you have sources for those, I’d be interested in this.
Thanks! I’m really liking this channel!

I believe that I have Addison’s disease from an undiagnosed sleep apnea condition.I would wake up with my heart racing from oxygen deprivation. This led me to having bypass surgery, along with insufficient sleep. I have corrected this condition with a Vitamin B-1 use.I have noticed that I no longer have adrenaline in times that would be appropriate, which makes me believe that Addison’s disease is my affliction to address.Any ideas for Treatment?…THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INFORMATION !…

It is important to know your DHEA-S and magnesium RBC level. If these are low your body will not have the hormones needed to run the body and that will cause CFS. We need B1, Selenium, NAC & Glutathione and PerfectAminos also. Copper & Zinc need to be balanced and we need Omega 3s, lots of polyphenols & fiber.

    • @pippy2157
      @pippy2157 Рік тому +1

If Magnesium is low you won’t have DHEA….then it all goes down hill. Magnesium glycinate 2 twice a day is helping me.
