2Pac no doubt. I grew up in the 80s with Digital Underground. When he died, I heard it and cried. We pulled over and emptied a bag of 420 bc we were out of old E. Yep. The 40 oz ones. We got one for the ssc crew and gave the news. We passed it around saying our fav lines. I quoted a line from Hellrazor. ❤TY for helping for free bro!
I said it once, ima say it again, yall need to take notes on mans videos and rewind the videos so u remember everything. I need yall rappers to be on point for when u hear a dope beat from me 💯
The deep breathing tip is legit. I remember one time doing deep breathing exercises at my job as a delivery driver. 10 seconds in, 10 seconds out for 10-30 mins, and after when I walked up to a service desk to talk to one of the girls, my voice was so relaxed and powerful. It was literally booming. One of the girls at the front even said something about how she loves my voice. By the way, I discovered this completely by accident and was just pleasantly surprised by it.
#2 I injured my voice when I started rapping cause I dehydrated and smoked a lot, and yelled to loud into the mic. My voice never recovered even after 10 years so be careful and take care of yourself. I had to change the way I talk and rap, which I love my voice but it’s weaker and is not as heavy at times: also I had an acting class where the vocal teachers helped me
I record and delete...I hate my voice..just venting y'all. I'm learning on bandlab (I know there are better DAWs) Andright now I'm just learning how to put everything together, much respect to y'all producers cause it isn't easy! 😂 I appreciate these videos cause all I need is to get my delivery on point, I have bars, I can rhyme for days. be dropping something soon. hopefully I don't delete it first! 😂
Don't explain to these people why you use the Daw you use, ain't these folks business and for bandlab to be free it's the shit. I don't know no any other Daw that's free and has a shit load to offer artist that's will enhance your tracks. Try changing up your pitch and tone several different ways and good luck! I'm sure you sound awesome💙💙
i think that kendrick lamar has the greatest rap voice of all time (might be a controversial take), but the way that he's able to be so energetic one song and then completely switch up the next. The way that he was able to just switch from an incredibly aggressive to a more sad one in u. The way that he's able to stay consistent in longer songs such as "Sing About Me, I'm Dying of Thirst" and the way he could just perfectly emulate how he felt in the moment where he realized he couldn't save everyone in Mother I Sober. Everything he does with his voice is amazing imo. Even though artists like Eminem or Biggie could do similar things. Kendrick is able to deliver it with his voice in such a way that seems far different from any other artist in my opinion. He's also one of 3 rappers I know who gives off this aura, this feeling when he's rapping that he's someone you don't wanna fw. But in other songs he seems vulnerable, someone who could be easily defeated. On a level higher than that than the song "Marshal Mathers" by Eminem or any other artist I've ever heard. That paired with his flows. Simply incredible. (I"m a D1 Kendrick rider btw)
Nice video, but I feel like it could be improved a lot by adding short examples for each tip. Or at least for those that are more practical and less theoretical. 😉
dey def do not our generation created the best voices back then everyone had the best flows yu jus named 3 people with iconic flows + the voice buh dey do not have the best voices😂😂

i made a song and i was wondering why i sounded so bad then i realized its not the mixing its my voice i kinda just went into it without working on my voice. i plan on re recording everything and trying it again and see if i get better results
Hey I have a question I’m 13 and my voice is kind of weird and sounds like a nerds voice and I wanna use an Eminem style voice is there something I can do
Making the same videos- why not speaking more on the controversy rappers and how they finesse they way to the top - like dababy - 69 - cardi b - nas 🔞 and more
All I can do is write lyrics! Just when I thought writing lyrics was getting easier now I wanna learn to make beats over them and rap them! It’ll be worth it once I release my first song! I got two lyrics I’m happy with but they seem so complex in comparison to my beat making skills! Right now all I got is spoken poetry with no sound to give it justice!
Have the pretty same problem i can write quadrupules and good lyrics but the delivery is key that i miss i have been working on it a lot and step by step getting better so i I recommend you to practice every day and you will get more and more skilled.
I legit have the same issue 😅 I can write and spit for days..the beat making and mixing and everything else is new to me. I'm learning but I really wanna record something. if ya ever wanna collab or something bro I'm always down to make dope music..gotta learn somehow. keep grinding bro, hope to hear some 🔥 soon!
my rap voice is definitly a 4 out of 10 but after this video I got a few tips and made a song, its kind of sing song and rap. If you could check it out and give me some feedback id be grateful!!!
