      I think my biggest mistake is not rapping sooner. I got stuck in my head for years about being labeled as a wanna be rapper I never started anything. Ever since I heard Snoop and Dre as a kid I have been thinking in rhymes. This video is very helpful for my journey.

    If you want to do more networking, you can also join different apps. There are several you just type in battle rap into the search bar and they’ll pop up. You can challenger the artist, Judge music and get yourself, judge and critiqued. They are also weekly competitions.

    My mistake was not having the consistency and work ethic. Not because I wasn't motivated, I just suffered with horrible writers block for a couple months and was trying to think of new and also original content so my flows and cadences all don't sound the same on every track I put out.
    But I finally got my spark back and I have been working on my new album that is soon to be released once it gets fully mastered. A lotta people don't think about the importance of consistency or originality so thank you for bringing these topics up.

    Im extremely good at rapping because im the autistic homie who grew up listening to snoop and biggie and becoming good at rapping became what i wanted to do with my life. At 24 i dont know who id be if i wasnt good at rapping. With everyone in my life making me feel other or lesser for my aspergers, becoming a great rapper gave me a community to be a part of.

    AGAIN, good quotes "from other motivational and artist interview videos" that "How To Rap" is talking about here but it's just RE-HASHED sayings and advice. All to sell his rapping course "that both links in the description goes to." Dude, you only needed one link, seriously. I swear to ALL you new rappers out there THIS is exactly why you're not getting anywhere. You're spending money on these fu*king worthless courses and not spending time in your DAW's making mistakes, correcting them, getting the sound that YOU want, etc. There's PLENTY of great rapping books for sale you can purchase that are more valuable than ANY of the UA-cam courses here and you just need to PUT SHIT OUT and learn as you go. This is how MOST big time rappers started. NO ONE starts out like an eminem or Taylor Swift (sinces she's the biggest women performer right now. Yes people if you want to be a music producer it means learning more than just making music. Sorry to burst your bubble for what you mentors, teachers, or courses have been telling you). Anyway, I said my peace and this will be deleted soon. Hopefully at least one person got to read it and saved his money and got to work on his own because use beginners have it tough enough as it is without worrying if what were considering purchasing is a scam or not because we're thinking it probably is.

      @@PaytonMollo In my opinion you use what ever you need to, or have access to, to create your music and get it out. But that's the MOST important thing is JUST GET IT OUT. I'm going the Politcian rapper route because it fits me at this point in my life. And my favorite rapper "in this space" I went back and checked his ver first UA-cam post and his rapping definitely could use improving. This was 7 years ago and today he's worth $12 million. So, I call that learning as you go. If you're not getting music out then no one knows you! I spend a whole week going through UA-cam FL Studio tutorials for music producing, FL Studio, etc, and didn't learn shit about making beats or being a music producer. But I pretty much mastered FL Studio because these channels were doing more of that than actually creating music. I don't call "You making beats in a DAW and people watching you" as teaching them music producing. What if they have questions "because you didn't explain a DAM THING?" Then you're just SOL. If you need MORE training then I'm selling a course "click link in the description?" Fu*k that. If this video is any indication of how you teach then I'm hanging onto my money for something a little better 4-SHO!!!

    • @EnigmaticRapper
      @EnigmaticRapper Рік тому +1

      Sorry but I forgot to add that I'm learning everything on my own "even social media marketing myself" and look at my subscribers? In about a week I got 3 subs with not ONE video or anything posted at ALL. Just my about tab and I did marketing on Twitter. I have even started my Instagram or Facebook marketing yet. This is what I'm saying people GET OUT THERE AND SO SHIT if you want to succeed or see any results.

      There's no reason for you to delete this but I don't think that this channel is completely useless. Also you don't have to justify putting Taylor next to Em they're both legends
