Wish I'd seen this video last week when I was laying the exact same brand of laminate flooring. The instructions state you should lay complete rows all at the same time, not one board at a time as you did it. Laying a row at a time really requires two people so I had to enlist the Mrs to help me! Your technique is much better!
Perfect timing..I have to lay laminate in both my kitchen/rear room..Is it best to lay it across the width (like you) or down the length of the room?..Im being 'told' the two different ways are correct...
Hi, if you have wooden underfloor it’s a good idea to lay it perpendicular to the underfloor boards. If it’s concrete floor then it doesn’t matter. Other than that it’s preference in the look and taking other parts of the room/house in to account.
Another plus to the job Darren and looking good. Well done.
Nice work. You make it look easy darren. Space looks huge. The customer must be happy.
Looks so good Darren. The client must be very happy.
Salute to you darren , doing all this work yourself, sometimes it's the best way , you continue to do your great work 🙏💯👏
Wow - less than two hours to install the floor! It looks like maybe only one more week until everything is completed. Kudos to you.
Just what I needed to see. I got the whole ground floor to do..lol
Go for it

@@darrenthebuilder Thank you ..much appreciated.
Don’t worry, it won’t take long laying that, just make sure the measurements are correct.
Makes your bloody knees ache though. Not looking too shabby there!
Hey Darren, curious to know what the depth of both the underlay and laminate flooring is each. Cheers.
I think the underlay is about 5mm and the laminate looked about 8-10mm
I must have missed something, where's Mr. A?
He's left.
Hes moved on
