That was our experience. we were able to hang out and pick up a new chest every time we took him out. Will say we got boared hanging out there but it was worth it in the end 🍻😄

That's right! You can hang there for about 5-10 min and he will respawn for you to fight again. Makes it a bit easier then finding new portals and going through all that. 😄
From what I have researched and tested, we have only gotten the lead when entering from portals located in Blackwood. Both portals in Blackwood and the Dead lands appear to lead to the same area but there must be something deeper that registers it as a blackwood portal that procs the chance for the lead to drop.
It really can be, the drop rates in these things can be abysmal at times. 😑 I would also check with the merchant over in the Endless Archive to make sure the lead is not being sold there from time to time as well. We hope it drops for you sooner rather than later. 😅
The rewards of the worthy is based off of AP gain so if I am not mistaken you should be able to get it from one of the rewards of the worthy coffers when doing BGs as well. It can take a bit to get it I know it took me a long time 😑
@KaisersGB that was my thought but after years of doing bgs almost every day on multiple characters I'm starting to think not. I've gotten multiple characters to alliance rank 10 and one to 19 doing only bgs. I've done so much bgs I think there are only about motif pages left to get. I have over 20 st allesias paravant statues lol. I've even gotten the chaos keeper title in the process. I would really like to know if anyone had gotten it this way.
@@GiXGRaVeZ Ok, from our deep dive into this thing we are seeing multiple sources confirm that there is no difference from the Rewards of the Worthy coffers whether you get them while BGs or in Cyrodiil. As that coffer triggers and drops off of AP earned. Though I am sure you have already checked especally since I know you are specifically grinding for it have you checked to make sure that you don't already have it? This happens to me all the time when I am hunting leads. Heck it happned last night when doing my due diligence and grabbing the leads for our next video wasted like 2 hours trying to get something I already had 🤣🥲 I also jumped into the ESOU Discord (Elder Scrolls Online University) and checked with users in there to see if anyone had received that particular lead from a box they got from BGs. There were several users confirming that they did get it while they were doing BGs. From what I hear on this lead and my own personal experience, this lead has abysmally low drop rates. I myself had to open over 230 coffers before I got mine and others report that they still haven't seen this lead after 6 + moths of grinding. This following post I am going to share though dated shows that this thing is a pain in the ar$e to get. All I can do is wish you luck my friend. So if you beat the Duke of storms in the portal you can just stay there and wait till he responds or you have to leave and find another portal

Can anyone confirm the lead can drop from battlegrounds? Haven't gotten it to drop and I play bgs a lot.
