Hey everyone! To make this brief, I am just a simple Elders Scrolls Online UA-camr and hey maybe I’ll expand within the future but for the time being, my focus is to help beginners, returning and veteran players to be informed about many things within the game whether that is events, money making guides or even builds! I hope y’all find the videos useful and don’t ever be afraid to leave comments with either suggestions or criticism! Oh and some of ya might want to do the research and find things on ya own, if that’s the case then give the links below a try!

@@kylenichols3422 Depends on your playstyle. If you're mainly PVP then it's not going to replace top-tier skill rotation builds. If you're mainly PvE then it's very well worth the investment. The nerfs changed the major buff to minor buffs. In other words, to kill a boss it would take about 40% to 50% longer. The mytic is targeted for casual/balance players like myself. I still hate skill rotation in eso

The oakensoul ring is in my opinion probably the best ring I’ve used as a stamina bow nightblade dps in dungeons specifically since the damage buffs stack, I’ve been hitting 45k+ crits pretty much every poison snipe and or heavy draw shot. And it’s great for soloing dungeons as well with my build using the drain shot to heal if needed. Also using it with 5p briarheart and 5p automaton for more increased weapon damage
Dude use swamp raider as bowblade, been my pvp build for over 3yrs and still love it. 600 flat sp/wp to poison and disease dmg, awesome beginner set for stamcro pve too

A lot of people use Moras for the crit chance for when its not possible to keep up kilt stacks, but thebfsct you gotta grind it out and then grind even further with lorebooks is nutty. Eapecially since you need even more than the required ammount to reach level 10 on mages guild. That and many lorebooks are zone exclusive and locked behind multi part zone quests

@wingthomaux ok but moras is already a grind to unlock its 5 different parts, that's 5 different pieces of content you gotta do just for the leads, which you then have to go and collect. Then after that in order for it to be even worth using you think need to collect over 200 books scattered all over the map across different zones and dungeons, even pvp areas. Some of these books are locked behind zone quest areas that you can't sequence break meaning you gotta do 5 or so completely separate quest lines just to achieve. And after you've done all that this grind is only character specific and you have to redo it for every toon you want to use this on. Getting rank 10 on mages guild isn't even that much of a grind in comparison cuz you don't have to complete the entire set just to max it out, and even if you did you can just buy the rest of it in the crown store.
If you build around the mythic instead of using the mythic to build around your setup you can actually make a few of these lower tier mythics A/S tier. For example on the cryptcannon, if you pair it on a tank (pve or PVP) with Drakes / Arkasis / Bloodspawn you basically become an Ult battery for your group. The ult gain is beyond what you think is possible, esp if you are using decisive weapons traits.
Pearls is amazing for healers especially blade healers for ulti Gen and therefore using pilly with it makes it amazing
Sea Serpent's Coil just got even stronger recently with the buffs to bow builds. Easy uptime for Major Expedition makes the snare very manageable.

Oakensoul, and Ring of the Wild Hunt are all I really use/need. I enjoy heavy attack builds, it has been a game changer for my enjoyment of end game (vet trials). It is viable for most hard modes as well, except Cloudrest. Arcanists are OP compared to all other builds right now anyway and easier IMO (buff, tentacle, tentacle, win), so they are an easy option for CR. I'd say Pale order is lower tier since you can easily get healing from most class kits and it was nerfed for group content.

Esoteric with damage shield works good. Shield takes care of lots of small attacks that eat stamina. When you get big damage that goes thru damage shield esoteric consumed 40% of it.
Ring of the Pale Order has been a staple for me as I mainly solo pve & pvp...it allows me to play more aggressively because more damage = more healing. In pvp I've noticed I've not had to cast healing abilities as much, so more resources go towards damaging the enemy! I only need 1 more lead for markyn, so I'll see once i get that one. I'm thinking I might put that one on in 4 man dungeons so I can get healed by the healer.
Oakensoul has been 2nd place below pale order so far, especially when I just don't feel like bar swapping. Been thinking about gaze of sithis & Sea Serpent.

Oakensoul is actually way better for werewolves and shapeshifters change, assuming that you're trying to maximize werewolf uptime

1) all shapeshifters does is reduce the transformation cost, something that's not really a big deal especially if you plan to remain in werewolf form
2) despite the nice sustain buff werewolves get when wearing it, 15% reduction to your skills does not out weigh the benefits you get from every other mythic. With oakensoul, you get unique the bonuses of both offensive and defensive trial sets for free, minor force is a buff werewolves could only source from tzogvins or the weaker version of their spammable and it only has 50% uptime, minor berserk which you can stack with major berserk from hircines rage, and the minor recovery buffs which while weaker than 15% it comes with all the other benefits. You also get perminant empower whi h combos well with roar + splash damage heavies on werewolf berserker, again another buff you can only get from howl with only 50% uptime. The only drawback you have is being stuck on one bar, but werewolves already only have one bar so there's no drawback.
3) Assuming you are with an organised group and are receiving standard buffs, this allows more flexibility for werewolf damage cuz you aren't locked into using a specific trial set and can pair say pillar of nirn with anything you want. Even still thoin both pve and pvp it's way better than shapeshifters chain because the stats you get from SSC statistically are just less useful than oakensoul, Gaze of sithis, and really any other mythic you could run on werewolves.
The nerf to oakensoul actually made it better for werewolves because now rhe buffs it gives you don't overlap as much with the ones you get when transformed. SS chain isn't even best in slot for like solo werewolf stuff

@@RunnelsESO because you get every buff not avaliable in ww form.. shapshifters is ok but not even close to as good. 1.7k hp stam and mag ain't shit. All the extra weapon damage crit armor and so on is 10x better then shapshifters. 15% reduced resources cost is meh alright. But you make up with all the recovery oaken gives.
I am glad that the developers have added mythics. It is much more interesting to play by changing only one slot
I dont understand why people place things on tier lists based on how many other people use those items. I thought a tier list was supposed to rank its strength, not its popularity. Am I wrong?
It’s very hard for a tier list when you have so many ways to play eso, for example something could be very strong but so niche it’s not good or worth getting. When you’re trying to rank a mythic on wether the average person needs it I go based on a blend of popularity and strength

Yea I was so afraid to over rank death dealers I under ranked it…
For really fast movement, I use Alcast's Speedy G build that is 200% speed and permacloak without running out of resources With CP in Shadow Strike, I can steal and farm Tel Var stones all day and not get caught or noticed by nearby NPCs or guards.
the point of balathazars band is the mass stun and knockdown of the dammage cone not the dammage of it.
I tried so hard to use it but it just doesn’t work super well :(
@@Official_JakeClips i use it on my soloing build/ tank non trial to solo content to mass controll garbage mobs to slow dammage down of enemys and improve dmg on tankish build to solo vet 4 person content

Death dealers- Basically 8000 total max resource for a 1 piece. In pvp this and sea serpent are meta. I’m weapon damage terms the max Stam or mag comes out to 256 which is more than markyn. It’s easily S tier and is used by PVE sweats as well. It also makes you tankier than markyn while giving more damage and more resource. Also oakensoul damage in PVE is nerfed
Cryptcannon is used in cyro by ball groups. When it first came out it was a pain in the can but sorcerer negates have slowly discouraged them. Holy cow people are on you for this video like you slapped their grandma lol

I started to dig antiquities after I found out about Sithis Gaze, and I was so excited to have it, but it turned out as a flaw. After putting it on, I found out it feels more comfortable to block stuff here and there. So I can't agree it is S. It definitely looks like S, but losing basic mechanics for a bit of armor could not be S.

Gaze of Sithis is a great mythic, so many times, I'm the only 1 left standing in a dungeon, and I have to solo the boss while trying to rez everyone.
Umm. Pearls is a meta for raid healers. Wtf
WRONG. You also lose all stack if you TP or god forbid go through a door in a dungeon that has any kind of loading screen no matter how short. Untill they fix therassians, it's god$h!*

There’s a stigma to oakensoul because all the elitest who spent 15 years getting good with 2 bars can get just as good results with 1 ..
I’m a prime example I’ve completed all 4 man achievements in the game yes all trifectas etc including some trial trifectas with a 1 bar build don’t let anyone tell you it’s not good enough to do serious end game because it 100% is.
After nerf it’s much much worse though can’t even pull 100k with it. YIKES

@@Official_JakeClips parses don’t mean anything for 4 man it’s all Situational. There’s 2 dps checks in all of 4man in ESO and even then the 1 bar can still pass it. It’s currently hitting around 92 on parses which is still enough to do anything. Ofcourse teams would rather have a 120k plus arc on the team over a 1 bar but to say it lacks in end game is dramatic. I recently got tik tok tormentor on my 1 bar and currently working on dawnbringer we hit time 31mins+ with 35/36 vitality so we almost have that too.
And the biggest plus side that people seem to forget is unlimited sustainability & not to mention the resistances and survivability of the build overall is way better and forgiving than most.
When guilds like FOURMAN exist to carry people for gold, your trifecta and other completions mean absolutely nothing.
You probably got carried, which is why you defend your play style so much.
People dunk on Oaken users because no single item should give you nearly every buff in the game.
Period.
It shows a lack of understanding of basic concepts in the game.
Now back to buying crown crates with your bum ass.

Velothi for trash setups is pretty neat. Still land your LAs for ultigen but otherwise they're redundant in trash pulls so no great loss and lots of increased damage
Yo the Bloodlords is sooooooo underated I can literally perma block with my dk tank because of it.
Ball groups in Cyro wear Snow Treaders and makes them very tough to deal with.
tbh for Oakensoul its just more chill. I dont care about having more abilities, but the switching in a combat system that already feels janky af is just annoying. Not to mention how many sills on the backbar are often used just to give you the buffs you receive with this thing anyway. I feel the general popularity of it says more about the game than the players.
In general its a little bit embarassing how games like ESO struggle so hard with gamepad controls for skillbars (which as a result has also a negative impact for the PC controls), while FFXIV already had an awesome system for that ten years ago and with about four times the amount if skills. :/

Respect the tier list but I'd definitely like to say Cryptcannon and Pearl's of Ehlnofey are both alot better. Cryptcannon was definitely made for 4 man groups and small PvP groups, it absolutely outshines pretty much anything else in the right hands... and on a Nightblade/Necromancer.
Pearls of Ehlnofey is pretty much only used be experienced healers in Pillagers during trials. You drop the Monster Set and use this to get as much ult for Pillagers and the results are very good. I understand it is still a niche and it only seeing use in one situation doesn't make it S tier or something but wanted to at least point out that in that situation it is above average.
You are sort of right, but please don't drop your monster set on healer. xD You frontbar SPC and backbar PP to have slots for Pearls and a Monster Set.
I think belharzas was meant for wws at release but oakensoul outshines it now
Thrassian is for dungeon perfectas. Nothing beats it in my opinion.
Is there some specific way to get mythic pieces so you can make these items? I have gotten them every once in a while, but with no set rhyme or reason as to why i'm getting those pieces.

Good call on gaze of sithis though i love gaze easy cure for any high damge low resist build.
I guess considering the overall impact on the game including pve environments, it's probably accurate to say cryptcanon is somewhere around the somewhat above average rank. But it's gamebreakingly powerful in some pvp scenarios and needs a rework in that regard. It's getting an indirect nerf next patch with corrosive change, but being able to give someone double ult *even when in a duel* is so ridiculously overpowered.
How? Imo this is worst mythic, cuz y give up ur ult completely when u can just use pillagers and keep it and still give ult to group.

I disagree with where you put Pearls, with Pillagers Profit being a meta healing set since High Isle and the resurgence of Master Architect and Warmachine in end game content you are seeing this used more and more. Any guild now pretty much requires their healers to have both Pearls and Spaulder as mandatory gear. Plus Pearls is now so easy to utilize since they raised it to 50%.
Also please add the image of the item with the set bonus which make it easier

First S tier item "Used for overland farming" Stranglers top of B tier because...it's only used for overland farming... They do the same thing, let you farm over-land content more quickly. Just different paths to the same destination. I'd argue, for lower skill/lower equipped toons, strangers have a lot more utility. Later game, once you've got more under your belt and better overland gear... the bonus movement speed's great, I 100% use that ring a lot when node farming, but for say, world bosses/delves/etc farming overland gear to get a toon geared up?
Speed is also used in pvp and the wild hunt ring has seen tons of pvp useage also. Plus in overland content farming speed is more helpful than damage considering farming and questing might not require combat

Gaze of sithis is maybe good for new players BUT for good players its literally trolling on highest levels (PVP)
I tried changing my bar swap to the right thumb stick but it messed me up on controlling the menu screen. If u could change it just for combat it would work for me
not sure what your reasoning is for pearls being in D, because you didn't really explain your choice at all here. extremely commonly used on pve healers, atleast A tier.

Pearls is part of the SPC/Pillager's Healer build these days. It's almost mandatory in raids.

Yep it's what I run on my spc/PP raid healer to keep good effectiveness of PP, the goal is to get as close to 400 ult every 45 secs! 😂
Yeah it really is. Glad to see this here. I would probably rank it at A tier in my opinion. A lot of my healers use it with Naz and nightblade for crazy ult gains and extending debuffs.
Esoteric Environmental Greaves is an absolute design flop. I remember when it came out the scare that it's powerful, but it's actually not. It's a sort of alternative to block, and it should have been that, for the stamina cost, but it doesn't provide the required CC immunity that block offers. I would have gone for this if it were to give me a more expensive alternative to block that allows me to channel without interruptions and knockdowns. But the way it is, a solid D.
I used Bloodlord Embrace and I would give it an A, not a B, as you do. Bloodlord is fantastic for staff blockers. Why would it require dual ice staffs ? (☉_☉)
Faun's Lark Cladding is another absolute flop. It could have been S tier PVE, if it were to work on bosses, but it doesn't...
Gaze of Sithis is very good and I use it currently on my fake DK tank. The extra armor fills the gap. With Major Resolve I get 32-33K resistance depending if on shield or not. And that massive chunk of health regen is very good. Nothing fantastic about it, it's basically a stat filler. And for this reason, don't compare mythics with sets. You can't say there are sets that do what a mythic does. Sets take 5 items. Mythic takes only one. For the same reason Oakensoul was nerfed. You can get Major Heroism with Basalt, but is it really worth 5 slots ?
Pearls of Ehlnofey could do better. it was better before nerf. It could have been transformed into a Pariah mechanic, giving more ultimate as you are lower on the main resource. But it doesn't matter what it could be.
Overall, years later, I don't see any improvement over Blackwood content, least for my build.
You can switch button configuration on console?
On PS5 you have to change bar swap using universal button remapping under accessibility options on the PSN home screen. Not a huge deal, just remember to turn it off for other games. ZoS are liars, they promised in-game button remapping for consoles a long time ago but never delivered it.

Many of your S and A tier mythics you based solely off pvp and said nothing of the pve benefits. You should have a valid argument for why its S or A tier for both pve and pvp. Otherwise you should have two separate charts for pve and pvp. Pve applies to 99% of the game. Pvp is niche.
Fauns Lark is the most absolute useless mythic.Mythic.
It doesn't work how you may think it does by just reading it. Enemies still aggro on you in a sense that they run and follow you despite them being charmed and not attacking.
My initial thought was this mythic would be perfect for speed running certain dungeons by passing up unnecessary add pulls. Nope, they are still running at you and when the charm ends they attack.
What about in PvP? Say vs a ball group, all those aoes they run..You just run through them, I'm sure they could break free but they need to break free in order to heal and so on due to the set.
I just feel it wouldbe a good set vs ball groups running on the top of keeps

Your priorities are weird af fete in b tier? Its a must have for most solo 4 man and some endgame content. Your talking the extra hp from sithis im pretty sure this gives just as much while giving mag and stam.

I think this tier list are a problem cuz are only based in STATISTICS but not in COMFORT. To me for example use Tonal, Markin, Mora's, Thrassian or Velothi is organical. I just slot them and all they create synergy with my play style.
Contrary, i cannot handle Gaze or Kilt to date. By Azura, i tried but they don't work to me, i feel me half naked when i slot them. Why? I don't know, they are top tier in every list but for me they don't create sinergy with my play style.
A fun case is Faun's Larks. When hard ball groups appear on field we wipe out them from Cyrodill using negates and Faun. They died like flies. Very situational but it works perfect.
Pearls of elnofey is insane inside of a coordinated ball group in pvp where you can build ult in 5-10s otherwise.. yeah trash
IMO Kilt is simply not S tier

Mora's is S tier all day long. It's the best option for crit when you can't wear Kilt. Pearls of Elnofey is Meta for most healers in trials.
Velothi is the Meta for Templars, not just Arcanist.
A bad thing about eso is zos hasnt nerfed any mythics or arena weapons for the longest time the balance is to far gone for me to come back to eso.

you wanna crit in pvp?........no sir.....no....unless you are a nightblade bomber or something you want to penetrate and have high spell/weapon damage....you SHOULD NOT be speccing for crit in any shape or form unless you are a VERY specific type of build.....

i am just as fast without the wild hunt ring and can wear another mythic - wild hunt is for rp only
