Are you wearing some sort of foot attachment for the exercises where you are using your heels in the straps (like the glute/hamstring exercises)? It is difficult to tell how your feet are attached during those exercises.
I think that YESSS! I use rings for my workouts and I would sat it´s totally possible for most exercises but the bridges and hamstring curl not really (I have tried them in the past), at least you do this without shoes, but honestly it feels a little bothering bc rings are rigid

No attachment. One's heels simply sit in the bottom of the straps.
It would be nice if you told viewers what the setting was on the TRX apparatus
