    thank you! I'm curious. How do you have the handles set up on the touch and reach? I have Woss trainer, and thought that I had to loop one handle through the other for single arm exercises.

      Oh nice! On this model, you don't need to go into single handle mode, but for most others (likely yours too) you do need to loop it through.
