I gave birth to my son 4 1/5 weeks ago and missing this program. Had to have a C section so have to wait 6 weeks but I have been walking outside with the babe and dog everyday. I have been working out biceps, triceps and shoulders this past week but for only like 15 minutes and 10 lbs less than usual. I will see a pelvic floor specialist when it is time to train core again to make sure I'm doing everything right and not overdoing it. Way to go everyone who did this today🎉🎉
Congrats on baby #2 Sydney! It was kind of emotional seeing you pregnant again since I worked out with you during my very first pregnancy and now being one year postpartum. Thank you for everything! It is so motivating to train with you.

I reached failure in every single set today but was still rowing my heaviest weight ever at the end of round three! I don't know how my arms are managing to type this! Crushed this work out and congrats to everyone else who crushed it too!

How did she know I was distracted the entire workout. lol! This was a burner for me. I’ve been traveling a lot and not able to fit 8 weights. This was a good one to get back in the saddle. Thank you Sydney ❤❤❤🎉
Wow, I really bombed this workout. I had to drop weight during the shoulder exercises, and even then I had to pause now and then. I don’t know if it’s just stress or what, but I’m really struggling this week!
DO NOT underestimate the power of a 30 minute workout. This was a good one to go back to. I am slowly learning to like upper body workouts, preferring lower body (probably because that is more my comfort zone). This felt like a great workout that allowed for lots of options for progressive overload: go heavier or do more reps at a lighter weight, time to try a heavier weight and then go down as the time periods were 45 seconds. I think I will feel this one for a day or two.

I’m not the most stronger for upper body, all because I’m still on problem with my right arm 💪 but never the less, I keep pumping it ! thanks Sydney so much, you truly help me allots keeping my mind positive and never give up !!
