Great burn for the abs. This will be a go to for sure. I use to hate ab work, but I have seen since strength progress. Holding 15-20 pd weights. Getting better at jackknives, they are my nemesis. Today I held the 5 pd weights, still working on double leg, but I'm happy that I no longer cringe when Sydney says, "jackknives" Keep up the good work everyone.

I did this immediately after last weeks HIIT workout. I'm grateful for the 20 minute workout today. I'm one for seeing the results on my watch. Unfortunately today, my watch shut off on me. But, it doesn't matter, I showed up and worked hard!! ❤🎉❤🎉

I love the 20 mins! I have a goal of an hour of “work” per day, so I do Sydney’s workout, and then I’ll fill the rest of the time on the treadmill to get to to an hour. Today I get to spend 40 mins on the treadmill, and that’s the longest so far! I think I need more cardio to get to a personal goal, and this was the little change up I needed. Thank you Sydney, great job everyone!! 🎉
This was a good ab burn. I found this one more of a burner than the 40 min a couple weeks ago. This is a keeper. I added on Tuesday’s 40 minute cardio to give a decent length workout today!
Its been 2 years and my core isnt back to where it was in strength and stability after my 3rd baby. Even some of these exercises kill my low back. Even with pelvic tilt and proper TVA engagement. Gonna save this one for sure!! Lets go ladies and gents!! We got this!! 🎉🎉

Whoa I almost forgot to check in!!!! Finished my workout with 25 minute one mile walk on treadmill at a 10 incline!!!!!
