    Really solid work guys. Tuning these controllers is seriously a job in its own right. We are going on 5 months now and find new issues all the time and you’re right, you really have to always be tweaking here and there to get it ‘perfect’. Top work on the temperature sensor too! We’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks now and it’s definitely not easy.
    Also good info on the Eggrider. We get asked what our 18 ‘tunes’ are as a lot of people don’t know about the app or just that everything is a power level and not a tune, so thanks for spreading the word 🙏🏽

      Yeaaahh... I’m glad you guys are here dropping this comment... I wish more people could understand how much work, how many months we invested tuning these controllers to perfection!!!
      I’m kinda glad I have around 6 years experience tuning controllers for all types of applications ranging from 36v to 800v... from small eBikes to forklift, motorcycles, cars, trucks, trains, racing cars, boats, hovercrafts, industrial high performance dyno, industrial machines and high performance EV chargers... blablabla... the list goes on...
      Tuning controllers for optimal performance is kinda of an art... it takes months sometimes years... it’s definitely not a quick and easy job that’s for sure haha!
      EggRider is a pretty awesome and handy little device... maybe we need to make more videos explaining the features again and again... “please download the app and explore the features... watch the videos” blablabla hahaha =]

      @@BrunoPOWEEER the experience you guys have shows for sure. Always a weird feeling discovering things that even the guys at ASI haven't seen/noticed.
      George is a great guy to be working with! We are trying to get him to add throttle tuning functionality too to make switching for customers a bit easier along with the LVC switching for different battery voltages. Would be fantastic to cut out some of the tuning time with customers for some of the easier stuff. I'm sure you guys know what a time sink it can be diagnosing issues remotely. One thing we learned is it doesn't matter how many instructional videos we make if people chose not to watch them hahaha so the more the better I'd hope!

      Hahahaha so true I agree 100% with every single word haha
      Yeah, throttle tuning and LVC functionalities will also save us sooooo much time... I spoke to George about these things as well... keep pushing there and I’ll keep pushing him from here... maybe together we convince him to add these features ASAP.... team work hahaa I hope so =]

      Yeah, I wish people understood how much time (months/years) it takes to properly optimise countless parameters, all the possible combinations... it’s a very very intense work but hopefully we’ve done 99% of the hard work now and people have a proper plug and play solution and nothing to worry about but enjoy the POWEEEEEERRR hahaaaa =]

  • @Med-Amine
    @Med-Amine 3 роки тому +1

    All of that tuning you are talking about can be done easily with a Nucular controller, can read correctly the motor temperature, still the best in my opinion and cheaper if buyer is patient, so happy with mine

    • @BrunoPOWEEER
      @BrunoPOWEEER  3 роки тому +3

      I love NUCULAR... I am constantly talking to Vasily the Nucular engineer... they're amazing controllers, we have a few of them but very small production numbers, very hard to get... some people have been waiting for 6 months or longer... I heard of some people waiting for 8 months... most people are too excited watching lots of videos on UA-cam and want it now....
      ASI is much much harder work for manufacturers/dealers but the BAC8000 is a real beast with double the power of the 24F Nucular, this is where ASI makes a difference, all that extra phase current, their field weakening is AMAZING too... more surface area which helps to deliver more power continuously.
      They're both fantastic options it all depends on what people want to do with them =]

    I have a chibattery gladiator 60R (60v 60ah) and my new EBMX BAC4000. In the beginning, level 4, it shut off when starting to go. Then later on it started shutting off even on level one I started to go faster. If I release the throttle, it comes back on. But I’m confused:
    Is my motor to warm?
    Is my voltage or settings wrong within my EBMX display?
    The first 30 minutes I was consistently hitting 50-60mph with just a lil throttle.
    Any help would be great. Everything seams to be running perfectly. I’m thinking a setting is slightly off (you did send my bac4000 for a 60v battery.) It’s just when I get up over 45mph it’ll shut off, but it comes back on once I release the throttle and go again!

    Can you help me you the nickel/copper part (how many layers or thickness) for this powerful battery … or do you build custom pack ? Thank you.

    Ever considered making your own controller?

    • @BrunoPOWEEER
      @BrunoPOWEEER  2 роки тому

      Yeaaahh… I’m at the moment making a super advanced app to control the ASI, packing all I’ve learned since 2018 tuning these controllers for multiple companies… then next step is making my own controller… I’m the hardware and controller programming guy and my brother and father are the electronics engineers and programmers… we have already started something but we need to finish this app first, that will potentially save hundreds maybe thousands of ASI customers with horrible tunes out there
