[HL2 SFM] Dog, with the Strider Cannon upgrade. (commission)

I made this for a friend who had originally built this concept a few years ago based on some files that had leaked from a now ancient version of HL3. While I'm still quite uncomfortable opening up commissions publicly, I do still make things for friends if they want.
