Welcome to 'What I Tasted'! Today, I'm going to create a culinary masterpiece that's going to leave you in awe. We're making an Amazing Vegan Turkey that's so delicious, you won't believe it's not the real thing!
This recipe is perfect for those who love the traditional flavors of a festive turkey but want to keep it plant-based. We're going to use a blend of savory herbs and spices that will infuse the vegan turkey with incredible flavor. Plus, I'll be using a secret ingredient that gives it that 'meaty' texture you won't find in other vegan dishes.
So, if you're ready to impress your guests at your next holiday gathering or just want to try something new and exciting, then keep watching! And don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more delicious vegetarian/vegan recipes. Let's get cooking!

What I Tasted: Your favorite foods, but better!
I want to show people how easy it is to make delicious and decadent vegetarian meals. I used to eat a good amount of meat and I still eat dairy, so this channel is aimed at people like myself before going vegetarian. Additionally, I saw the environmental impact of industrial meat farming through my Nutritional studies, and immediately stopped eating meat in 2016. I want to show that you can still have burgers, pizza, mac & cheese, fried chicken and all the other comfort food you enjoy, and that it’s possible with plant-based ingredients.
If you’re new to vegetarianism and don’t know where to start, then I hope you find a video that interests you, and inspires you to cook! If you have any questions, or need anything, please feel free to reach out!

Watching this in February, 2024--preparing waaaaaay ahead of time for next Thanksgiving, LOL!--and I appreciate your explanation of the steps for this novel process. I usually just bake the turkey roast, but your baking, then braising, then searing method seems to produce a better result. Thanks for posting!

This looks beautiful. Of course, I know your videos are for everyone, but calling this "turkey" so often got very repetitive. Calling it a vegan roast, or seitan roast would have been more appealing to me. Nonetheless, I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the recipe video. I like your channel!
