The BIOS may be in EZ Mode, which only shows basic settings. Some specific ROG Strix Z690 models may have slight variations in the BIOS layout, or the Extreme Tweaker tab may be named differently (e.g., AI Tweaker). Certain CPUs or memory configurations may limit the appearance of advanced overclocking options. ai tweaker is not bad either though it puts similar settings just only when under heavy load.

that is for amd I believe similar to xmp. I would enable it does the same thing.

reset cmos by removing the small battery for like 1-5 minutes from the motherboard!
This numbers are not good the same for everyone right?

not if you have liquid cooling or enough fans. If not probably so I would tune it down.
