Looking back on the older OST it seems they did wanna expand on the soundtrack a bit. but my theory was that this was only filler music until the final product was pushed through but that never happened unfortunately.

Shouldn't a Fallout game be scary though a post apocalyptic world full undead ghouls mutants deathclaws feels like something fallout 4 was missing was not scary at all for me fallout 3 was kinda scary the empty world barely any interaction with people

As far as artwork goes, it's the main title card for the Van Buren startup mod for Fallout New Vegas. Might i also mention that van buren was heavy inspiration for fallout new vegas. we would have never got the vegas we love today without that inspiration. but to answer your question, yes i believe it is appropriate enough, especially if paired with TTW setups.

huges parts of new vegas are pieces originally from Van Buran. The storyline with the nightkin, the legion, Joshua Graham etc
