I baked this bread today and my goodness, it is IMPOSSIBLY good! I've tried multiple bread recipes (with no yeast or sourdough starter) and this one is the best by a LOT! I made this last night and I messed up by not grounding the linseed properly but seriously when I toasted it and put some butter on it I was blown away. I am going to try it again after I finish this one which is quite dense. I am going to make this each week. Thank you!

Chléb je opravdu chutný a jde snadno upéci pole receptu cca 50 minut na 180 stupňů. Pozor ale na dávkování! Lněná semínka ve větším množství zvýší počet návštěv wc. Klidně i 5x denně. V krajním případě vyvolají gastrické potíže. Je vhodné více pít vodu.

How did you make it? She never shared the measurements, not even on her damn website?
@@TheMchefshe does have it. You have to click on more under her video. The oven temperature is 355 degrees and she says to cook for 45 to 50 minutes but I cooked a little longer. I just made it a couple of days ago.

Thank you thank you thank you! A beautiful and delicious bread, which is going to be my staple recipe now. It is so easy to make, no weird ingredients, no special tools or gadgets, no mixer or kneading, I just stirred mine with a spoon and then shaped it by hand. I was keen to try out the recipe straight away after watching the video, but didn't have baking powder, so I replaced the 2 tsp of baking powder with 1/2 tsp baking soda (=sodium bicarbonate) and 1 tsp white vinegar, which worked fine.

Thanks for the recipe, I just baked it now. I used the store bought grounded flaxseeds, it raises triple in size. It think it works because I used the pizza stone and baked it in my stainless steel AirFryer. 😊

@@Livingwise88 I baked at 330F for 30 min, then 350F for 20 min, total 50 minutes. I used whole brown flaxseeds. I used the vitamix to grind the seeds to flour. Hope this helps!

I made this as a loaf. I like that it doesn’t have almond flour and it is very high in fiber. I am going to make the same recipe as rolls now.

Thank you so much for this great recipe. Even with grinding the seeds fresh, this is so much quicker and easier than traditional bread, but I can eat it! I really appreciate the time you took in the comments for troubleshooting issues. Mine didn't turn out quite right, likely cause I was attempting this after a very long day, but it's still tasty and I look forward to doing it again in a few days and with some of your delicious suggestions! A number of years ago I did keto. I had so much trouble with “breads” using psyllium husks ( what Metamucil is ). “ breads that were hollow, “ breads” that were spongy wet ( 🤢), over and and over I threw them out, wasting so much money! Never again. Then I found a recipe that used yeast, bread that had the texture of bread, smelled like bread, rose like bread, tasted like bread, could be used like bread. I made this keto bread and buns weekly. It was very low carb, something like 2 or 3 carbs for a big hamburger bun. Can’t remember the video that I used for inspiration. It had lupin flour in it.. THAT was just like real bread.
Can you please look for it...I just cooked a load of Lupini beans to make my own flour. !!!🌺

Hello Ela, I have tried your recipe twice and am super happy! Both times it turned out great, and both times I added spices/herbs of my liking. I cannot stop telling others about this amazing recipe you shared, and everybody wants to try it, so next time I'll be baking a few extra loaves. I do, however, have a request. Bake around 50 minutes until bread doubles or triples in size.
Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.

Hey, I tried a combination of flax and sunflower seeds, and it didn't work. So, I really believe that flaxseed is crucial. :)

I made this today. Came out well but for those who doesn’t like the slimy texture of flax this is definitely not for you.. the taste is also quite potent which I didn’t like to be honest. On the upside it feels light (digests easily) great source of fiber and doesn’t cause bloating like wheat does.
Edit: this morning I had a great experience in the washroom. It was one of the best poops I’ve ever seen I didn’t need to even wipe more than once lol for this reason I will continue to eat this bread. I made 2 loaf’s one with powdered flax one with ground flax and I personally liked the ground flax compared to the powdered one.

Oh gosh I tryed so many recipes for having a keto bread with nice and flufyy crumb (vital wheat gluten, xantan gum, oat fiber, etc etc) and this is so simply and the outcome looks so great! I will try it!! I guess the trick here is the correct amount of psyllum. I tryed before but my crumb ended up gathered in the bottom. BTW which is the final baking temperature in the recipe says to preheat the oven to 356 °F/180 °C , with that temp should I bake 50 minutes also? Thank you very much!
The taste is sooo mich better than any almond bread recipes!! But mine were dense, should i add more baking powder maybe? Or more psyllium

I baked this bread today. It turned quite dense and undone. I used 40g of whole psyllium husk (powder like). I understand there is psyllium husk and psyllium husk powder in the market.
When I measured 1 tbsp of psyllium husk it only weighed 5 grams if so 3 tbsps will be 15 grams
I made it in a gas oven, the bread was empty inside and raw underneath

Bonjour, merci pour votre recette. Quelle facilité, c'est top ! J'ai fait ce pain et effectivement, il est moelleux et se découpe très facilement (il ne s'émiette pas). Je l'ai coupé en tranches et l'ai congelé pour le conserver plus facilement.
Par contre, j'ai trouvé que l'odeur n'est pas très appétissante et la texture, même passée au grill pain, reste légèrement gélatineuse en bouche.
C'est un pain qui convient parfaitement aux intestins paresseux.
Par contre, si on est sensible sur le plan intestinal, il faut en manger de manière très très modéré (par plus d'une à deux fines tranches par jour). J'en ai malheureusement fait l'expérience 😵💫🥴.
