- Welcome to Week 3, Day 3-the last workout in the BeACTive exercise series for people with breast cancer! Today we are going to wrap up with another HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. HIIT workouts are not only efficient, but they have many short and long term benefits. One of the best parts about HIIT is it helps increase your metabolism-even after the workout is over!
Equipment needed:
