If you want thoose exact SH-101 sounds and timbres you definitly want this. If you want much more universal instrument with really large options (including saving presets, duophonic mode, two different filters and so on), go for BS II.
Only for the option of store your sounds, I would go for the BS2. I would never purchase a synth with no memories for patches.
