    *A great vacuum💯 for the price. The suction is awesome **MyBest.Tools** excellent for pet hair. The beater attachment works great on the stairs. Not too heavy and easily maneuvered.🤨*

    *I absolutely love this thing for cleaning all flooring surfaces **MyBest.Tools** even does a great job on throw rugs. Highly recommend! Cuts cleaning time in half!*

    it normal to feel very little exhaust air coming out of the vacuum while it is cleaning? It seems to be working but very little exhaust air comes out.

    I got my shark robot IQ 2 in 1 2400WD series a yr ago but just got it out of box . I went thru all steps to set up. It won't charge. Green light on base and then when i put robot to dock to start charge the light turns blue and empty red battery light blinks. I charged all day yesterday and now still today and no charge just blinking red battery light. I also removed and re inserted battery.

    So far so good with this vacuum. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

    I got my shark vacuum and it never came with a mapping feature I thought all of them mapped your house is mien different?

    What is the mapping? I don't see anything about it with mine and it keeps doing same rooms over and over and not moving to other side of house

    is it possible to install it with less than 5 feet space in font? I don't have such a space where I want to install it. thank you!

      Thank you for asking! We'd like to let you know that this distance is recommended, but you can fit the base on a smaller space. However, the robot might have difficulties while docking. Please keep that in mind. Have a lovely evening!

    My Shark AI Robot VACMOP PRO (RV2001WDCA) doesn’t ultraclean. It gets stuck in communicating with robot then just timesout with the robot not leaving the dock at all. How do I resolve this?

    I've setup my No-go Zones on my map but the shark still goes in that space. Why is that?

    Got one for Christmas. I've coming to HATE it. It has actually only cleaned twice. Fully. I have a little 2 bedroom house. All hardwood flooring except for 1 bedroom with carpet..thin carpet! It constantly tells me "I'm too close to a cliff, error #7" WHAT? IT'S NO WHERE NEAR ANY CLIFFS! It's beginning to be a pain in my backside!

      Hola, gracias por su respuesta. Nos alegra contestar sus preguntas. Si mantiene el robot prendido, este permancerá en un modo de bajo consumo hasta que usted le indique que inicie la limpieza, o lo haga automaticamente a través de los horarios en la app. Para evitar un arranque involuntario, asegúrese de que la aspiradora esté apagada antes de levantar o transportar la aspiradora.

      Hola, muchas gracias por contactar a Shark Cleaning. Con gusto resolveremos su inquietud. El robot no se apaga a menos que su batería se haya acabado. Una vez este a punto de acabar por completo, el robot va a su base, se apaga y empieza a cargarse. El robot se queda en la base hasta el momento que usted decida encenderlo, ya sea con la app o manualmente. El robot hace mapping de la casa desde el primer momento y guarda el mapa en la app si la tiene instalada. De forma manual el va sitio por sitio aspirando pues tiene sensores. Todos los robots funcionan igual, primero toca dejar que anden por la casa para que creen un mapa y reconozcan el lugar y luego con la app puede programarlo y hacer varias cosas. Como un recordatorio, la aplicación solo funciona con WiFi y en Norte América.

      Hi Ofelia! The IQ Robot would definitely be quieter than traditional upright vacuums. The noise level at which it operates will vary depending on the cleaning mode selected.
