My unit has Clean red, Dock blue, and the red exclamation symbol all flashing. According to your troubleshooting manual, this indicates the robot failed to start up properly. I turned off my units, as recommended, for 15 seconds away from the dock. This did not solve the issue... Around September, your company pushed an update that bricked a lot of units around the world this is well documented. I didn't have the time until now since it stopped working to thoroughly check the unit. Sending updates that ruin customers' items before the holiday season is a terrible way of increasing sales without mentioning the fact that if your company does not disclose the error this action is illegal. I will contact the support team but this is not cool at all...
What about when the left is red blinking amd right blue. It keeps saying "too close to a cliff reposition me error #7. But it's not by any cliff. I reposition all over amd it keeps telling me this. So annoying! Worse Christmas gift I have ever gotten. Help support IS NO HELP!
In addition to stopping and having a flashing red (!) my iq robot also has two flashing green lights, no blue. The owner's manual only refers to blue and red error codes, and I can't find anything about a green one.

Background music is so loud (and irritating) it difficult to hear the commentary. Just because you can add background music doesn't mean you have to, or that it is desirable.

Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

Make sure you don't accidentally have the power switch set to the off position on the vacuum. It causes the same behavior.
