    What will happen if it doesn’t have the recommended 3 feet to the sides and 5 feet in front of it? I don’t think we have a spot that open in our home

      Thanks for your message, Kyle. We will be glad to answer your question. This area is just recommended for your robot to have a better base space and a better signal from it for docking.

      we have ours wedge, currently, in our kitchen where a cabinet is missing (remodel). It has about a foot on each side and 3 1/2 across. Works fine.

    Can it map multiple floors? I have a 2-story house.

      If you want the robot to clean another level without affecting your current map, you should move the robot to the new level without the base. Place the robot on a level surface and press clean. Then, once the robot has finished cleaning, manually return it to the base. Have a good day. -Valentina 2/2

    My Shark IQ RV1001AE keeps returning to the dock and not finishing its cleaning cycle after less than a minute of cleaning. I have two of theses robot vacuums and they both have that same issue. Also is that a place where I can find replacement pair of wheal motors as their are no replacements available online or on ebay as they are all sold out?
