I had this issue with error 2...her suggestions aren’t what fixed mine. The issue was wrapped hair and dust on each end of the brush roll. It works perfectly now.

Exactly my problem too. Dog hair wrapped around the end of the brush that doesn't seem to be removable. I was able to pry it out and everything works fine now.

I called your help desk and told them I wanted everything that was needed to maintain my shark. A new caster wheel was not included. How about you guys have a kit that includes all of the maintenance items needed. I have never been able to order anything off the net and had to deal with someone that was very difficult to understand. Or since my shark is registered let me click on it to order any or all replaceable items.
I believe I may have gotten the cliff sensor wet when cleaning off the bottom of my unit. Is it possible that I killed the sensor and what should I do now?

my shark sounds like it is breathing heavy. there is not just a solid droning/humming noise when it is operating. the motor sounds like it's revving up and down, or in and out- but def not a solid sound. I had an iLife robot and it made a continuous sound. Can anyone else tell me if this is the shark's normal sound or do I have a faulty robot?
The robot brush roll is self cleaning for it so it should not stay wrapped on for long while running however if it dose stay on we recommend to cut the derbies off.

Our Shark will not empty after it docks after I took out the dust bin and cleaned it thoroughly. Is there a reset or something else I need to do?

Error 2 is normally the main wheel brush that picks up debris, sounds like got hair on it….

Mine keeps going to dock, I’ve only ran it a few times bc it goes to dock after 3 min

Any chance some debris remains my butt hair always gets caught up in it and stays caught up in it
