I can't get my carpet zones set up no matter what I do. I've remapped the house twice. At one point I sectioned off a whole room as a carpet zone and it still moped it. Save your money folks.
My robot was working fine. After two weeks I can’t connect it to my WiFi. It says unable to connect the WiFi. I have restarted the WiFi, phone, app, robot. Nothing has worked. 😫 I dont want to send it back because I love it.
9-28-24. I purchased a refurbished unit from a shop via Walmart and can't seem to get my info to download. How do you start over with the programming??? HELP
Same problem here. I cant even delete my info so I can start over again. Im so so upset. It will not let me connect to the Network. I know my settings are right because I got my Ring Alarm on it too. I could cry and there is no help.

I can't get to the connect to my Wi-Fi part. It just stays in the Shark wifi.

Im not very impressed with this machine, it hardly throws water and it’s lost I’m returning it
