- In this tabletop terrain crafting video, I'll be making a mineshaft entrance out of XPS foam. Whether it's for D&D, Warhammer, or more, this terrain piece is a great centrepiece for a tabletop.

Thank you to everyone who has been waiting patiently for my next video. Life got a bit busy so I wasn’t able to post as frequently. Stay tuned for a bunch of fun things in store for the channel!
Glad you’re back and I hope everything is going well.
I discovered your chanel recently and was bummed out that you were inactive. Welcome back!
Back at it again with 10/10 builds! Glad to see you back and know we all can’t wait for more videos and inspiration.
Thank you-stay tuned for more!
You’re back!!!! Woohoo. Your channel is great.
Looks great!
Thank you! 🙌
So happy to see a new video! Definitely one of my favorites to watch!
Glad to hear that! 🙌
Love how this turned out! And it actually feels doable. Thanks for sharing the steps!
Glad to hear that!
Great Video!
He's back, let's go! Good to see you on the time line again
🙌
This is a gift!
Glad to hear 🙌
Back with an awesome build!!! Looks great 😊😊😊
Thank you! 😁
@@OkayHobbyTime you are welcome 🤗
Such a great build to watch along with mate. Simple techniques but such good outcomes.
Thank you-glad you enjoyed it!
Glad you are back- love your stuff!
Thanks so much! 🙌
Looks great! I think for the roof it might help a bit in building if there's a small horizontal groove or beam for a bit of support on the bottom. Overall it's a great idea that works without needing a huge rock piece to attach to the terrain.
More support is always a good thing! Thanks for watching 🙌
Enjoyed the mine entrance video. It had a lot of good information I can also use on some of my other terrain plans.
Thanks! Glad to hear it was helpful.
Thanks OHT. Looks great. Nice work.
Thank you! 😁
Great build, I love your signature chunky timbers.
Thank you, glad to hear that!
Flabbergasted! Such a beautiful piece.
Thank you! Really glad to hear that.
Just found your channel and I really like the inspiration I get from watching. I've always done more modular builds, for reusability thought. I'd be interested to know how you use your builds in game though. I'm still fairly new to TTRPG's like DnD and I'm curious how people actualy use this terrain in game. What does it add to your game? What do you chose to build and what do you choose not to build?
Glad to hear that! When it comes to RPGs, I use the terrain more thematically to sets the stage for the environment. For wargames like Warhammer, the terrain pieces have functionality and provide benefits (or detriments if dangerous terrain) to the surrounding models. This would be a fun topic to cover in a video one day.
Awesome mineshaft! Look forward to trying to recreate it myself. Your vids are great, keep up the great work!
Was excited to see this today! I had just subscribed the other day hoping you'd be back, pleased to see you've managed to find some time. Love how you do your paint colouring, your attention to detail is awesome. Looking forward to seeing another when you get a chance!
Really glad to hear that-thanks for subscribing!
Hey, nice build. What is the foliage that you use at the end on the roof? It is looing very good.
It's called Woodland Scenics Light Foliage and can be found in hobby stores. Great product and fun to use.
This is a fantastic build! Definitely going to try and replicate this for my upcoming wild west board!
Thanks! This would fit in perfect with that theme. Good luck with the build. 🙌
Reminds me of WC3!
Great game!
👍👍👍
Love you videos, Very inspirational!
I'm pondering buying a proxxon myself.
Do use a mask or some sort of air ventilation when you use it?
I've cut some xps foam before and the smell is quite bad and most probably toxic.
Do you got any tips or ideas regarding that issue?
Thanks and keep up the terrific videos!
I love my Proxxon. It's unlocked so much for me within this hobby. If I'm cutting for long, then I wear a 3M respirator. I also open the large window in my hobby space if some extra airflow is needed.
Hey, loved the build! One question, don't you get some warping with that mdf base?
No major warping. Maybe a millimetre or so, but nothing noticeable. The trick is to not oversaturate the MDF with glue, paint, etc.
It would be great and informational to hear how you designed and built your workspace with drawers. Is it made of stock pieces?
Hi there! It's from a company called hobbyzone.pl. It comes flat packed and requires assembly. Maybe if I get some new additions to the setup I could feature them in a future video.
Found it. Thank you. I'm going to build a set with my laser cutter. See how it turns out...
Hello, can I ask for a link to which hot wire cutter (the smaller one for your hand) you use?
Thanks a lot
Hi there, here's a link to the same one that I'm using: amzn.to/3HTRqx9
wood glue takes too long to dry. Use low temp hot glue.
It's just a personal preference of mine. I don't mind the slower dry time to allow for more workability.

I see the rumours of your death were greatly exaggerated 😅
