nothing special, just intro week sets. didn't want to upload just bench so here you go.
BW 109KG (Fat shit mode) - Спорт
So dips and pull-ups carry over well to bench.
Respect man.
Specifically weighted dips ivan, glad seeinf lurking around here
Came here after you talked about him in your video.
@@domhayad yeh gotta do them weighted.
Cheers man
@@parantapbhardwaj7057 respect man
Not sure about pull up carrying over bench, however pull ups carry over deadlut. Mathew must be a deadlift pounder
bro you are so damn underrated....
Bro u should really start vlogging
Just regular training and day to day stuff
Would be amazing to watch u train
that would be amazing
Follow his ig, he posts regularly
Next video - pulls 333kg deadlift then squats 250kg no training
Video after next - picks up Mount Everest and stuffs it in Marianas trench, no prior mountain lifting specific training
he probably doesn't train legs
@@early20s18 nah he does, it's part of streetlifting competitions
I thought I was good at weighted calisthenics but this is another level dude ur my hero and the front lever at full bloat is beautiful which I never thought about to maintain it on bulking phase
Regards!
You got another subscriber big man, you are devilishly strong
Well done man, really impressive stuff 👍
big shocker! the guy who does weighted dips with 6 million pounds is also good at other push movements
haha
ur a fucking beast bro!
but bro even his back was flat and butt was down on bench.... he did it BETTER then guys who bench all the time lol. also feet were firmly planted for the duration of the movement and never shook. very impressive
@@yesodkhabbal2643 yup. my man does dips with 400 pounds under his nuts. great accessory movement for bench lol.
zlat is a beast, hes got them thick ass muscle insertions and looks like he has thick ass tendons too
The goat in weighted cali
Anomaly as always bro ✊🙌🍫
Unhuman strength
This answers many questions about the weighted dip carryover to the bench press.. would love to see how you program!
Alphadestiny would be proud watching this video lol
@@heroevulgar no doubt! Haha
Bro I’ve watched this about 30 times, I have no idea how some people are over looking your accomplishments. You’ll get guys on steroids sitting at 250-270lbs benching this, but I’ve never seen anyone around your weight do it with such ease and control (and probably once a year) - if you tried a decline bench you might even break 230kg.
Are you still doing client programming? I’m thinking I might want to look more into that 👀. Also if you keep uploading videos of you doing more conventional mainstream movements (like bench press) you might get lucky with the algorithm; as popular as street workout is, it doesn’t seem to get the greatest attention especially in the US. Keep grinding Brah.
I've never seen a 200 kg bench press . Let alone some one doing it this easy 😅
@@Chan_Chal_Chit_1people dont realise that how impressive it is natural and without much training of benchpress
If you think he's natural you're delusional as well
200kg bench club let's go
One in a billion strenght
Impressive carryover
Keep up the good work. You are motivating. Thank you.
BEAST 🔥 BIG FAN
The weights on your pull-up and dip are so huge it's absurd. i consider myself pretty good at pull-ups and can do 1 rep with 20kg, which isn't even a fraction of yours. Keep it up dude
Pretty sure this guy has atleast benched regularly at some point form is too good. Shoulder blades back, on his traps decent arch and leg drive. Video title makes it seem like it's his first time trying bench.
It's actually 2nd time in my life that I went heavy. I don't bench regularly, I'm just knowledgeable about the exercise form
@@mathewzlat2334 chad moment
Cool but you have gone light quite a few times? Maybe 100kg and under?

109 kg holy shit,, you're big guy
actually built different
We want more leg day videos
would be very interesting to see overhead press
What in the actual fuck, thats insane
amazing
Remarkably easy.
And the Dips explain why!
unreal💪🏼
but you did benchpress at least a couple times before this session or did you just max out on a completly new exercise?
Once
Light weight babeeee!!
💪
Bro, do you squat or train legs?
Lol all the salty gym bros in the comments are fabricating excuses because it took them half a year to reach decent form, while this amazing athlete managed the same on his second ever attempt 🤣🤣🤣
I need to know your secrets
i wanna see how easy this guy can do umweighted dips. maybe explosive clapping dips
how much can you squat and deadlift?
Is your strength for the bench press only come from weighted dips?
Probably
Yes, I don't train bench at all
what about that row🤔? and i think you have hit the world record for weighted pull up too.
also how long have you trained front lever?
The heaviest weighted pull up in competition is 120kg and it was done by me in 2019.
Front lever took me around 3-4 months, mostly just attempts
Hi, are you still able to perform one arm pull up with that weight, Matt?
Really curious to know that too
@@bewater7465 yes, I did 6 reps a couple of months ago just for fun
whats ur height? i think ur bench max is more than that like 210-220 kg something.

Rest between set? 7-8 min?
Rest as much as you want so in the next set you do more reps i usually rest between 8-10 min
Insane! What is your height and weight?
his weight is in the description below
You probably wouldn't be far from Smaev, if you ever considered benching seriously, which is super-impressive given that you're about 20-30 kg lighter than him.
Best regards!
Consider that he's on juice too. You can't compare fairly
@@mathewzlat2334 Well, you're already among the strongest people in the world, so there aren't many non-juicers left for any kind of reasonable comparison. You out-dip everyone by such a huge margin that even enhanced athletes couldn't approach you results.
@@xxMADxxSCIENTISTxx he´s clearly also on PEDs
@@drama8335 "hurr durr he must be on steroids because he's actually strong waaah" bro just shut up and train, some people are born with great genetics and work ethic. Source? Seeing my own progress in 6 years of lifting and realizing that I'm gifted
@@drama8335 Wouldn't be so sure in this case. For instance, I'm already not that far from approaching +100kg dip (it's actually Mathew who motivated me to pursue this goal) and I still consider myself something of a slacker. I firmly believe that someone else with my capabilities would be able to push it to the vicinity of +130 to +150. I also can't reject the idea that a person with far better predispositions is able to go even further.

Yeah, I'm sure somebody who has nearly perfect bench form has never benched before. You're obviously strong but cut the shit lol
Check my Instagram, I did try benching a couple of times and these are all posted, but I never did train it specifically and systematically
Lol so many haters
Lol dude srsly bench form is nothing for an athlete wirh proper mobility. Especially the calisthenics athlete who knows how to control the movements.
You're Russian or German? All kinds of steroids technology history you guys are the prototype subject matter
Why do you bark before doing a pull up?
Are you natural?
Yes

@@davidricardo2383 do you believe him? rofl ;d
@@MYMLuci you’ve probably never met anyone with good genetics. Way more important than steroids. Me and my friend did the same program and he ate more than me gained less weight and out lifted me. In the same period that my bench went to 100 for 3 his went to 155. He ain’t on roids he just has talent. It’s like saying the kid that outruns you in high school must be on steroids lol. Wake up and smell the coffee my friend. It always seems to be lifting where clueless morons think they can be the next Ronnie Coleman if they inject enough steroids. You wouldn’t go up to Hussain bolt and be like if I took steroids I could run as fast as you xD get some perspective. Your results will always be tied to your hereditary genetic talent. If you want to be mad at someone blame your parents.
@haneefm7020 damn autocorrect xD
На брусьях надо 200 кг жать, жим лежа не твое)
Of course if you do weighted push-ups all the time it’s going to have a high carryover to the bench press. It’s basically the exact same motion.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't do weighted push ups at all. I'm following him for years.
Differences in form though bench you retract your scapula shoulders down and back push up you don't. Bench you have a slight arch chest out push up more just straight. Pushup you protract your shoulders a little pushing up. Down you retract so they move each rep. Bench they don't they remain back retracted. No legs to help push like on bench. Unless you kinda pike up with momentum. But strict form legs straight feet together don't use legs or cheating. Bench you can and it's acceptable mechanics. Just saying but are similar
@@brendon2462 I’m personally not a fan of ever retracting my scapula’s. I believe all exercises should allow they scapula to move freely into and out of protraction and retraction
@@StrongerThanBigfoot oh ok maintaining a retracted scapula throughout is meant to emphasize the chest more. Use the shoulders less and create a foundation of stability to push off from. Arch a little and stick your chest out to help aid in hitting the chest optimally. It works but you don't necessarily have to. Pushups build up a big chest we don't remain retracted throughout the reps. We freely move between refraction and protraction. So I don't know but I do know that people complain about a small chest. Often times their shoulders are forward protracted. They are not retracting or arching and sticking their chest out. So their shoulders recieved the majority of the work load. Their chest lags as a result. They fix it and all a sudden get a bigger chest.
