@@aurahub1286 train unilaterally, go to failure with your weak arm and repeat the same amount of reps with your stronger one. This way your weaker arm will catch up.
I think your best form is at 3:02 where at the top you touch the bar with the part between the neck and the shoulder, since it's the maximum range of motion and it would be cool if it was your standard for weighted reps too, but you are still the strongest because I don't think anyone else can replicate even your partial range of motion with 32.5 kg. You have so much potential, good luck with your training and I hope you'll keep breaking records.
Massimo Kokhno - Rock Raider lol, I just included a warm up oap into the video. I can pull shoulder to bar +20kg, but I find higher weights more rewarding. And the shape I had when that clip was taken was one of the worst actually
They also say that Jasper was able to do a chin up with a 120kg man at a weight of 132lbs/60kg. I wonder if he really was so absurdly strong, the best evidence we have is a photo of him doing a CTI without a false grip. Same for Marvin Eder with dips, we have a photo of him at the bottom of a dip with two people hanging on him and his presumed record is 434lbs/almost 200kg, but unfortunately we have no videos. I hope those legends really had the strength they claim because this is good news for the human potential, maybe Mathew will reach those levels and beyond.
@@MassimoKokhno I know a man who personally trained with Jasper for years. Jasper taught him how to do one arm chins when he (my friend) was 15. The time Jasper did a chin up with a guy twice his size was at a body building competition, and the man that he lifted was the winner of the competition. Interestingly enough, many years later my friend met a guy who somehow knew the bodybuilder, and was telling the story of the little guy who did a chin up with him - it didn't take long for my friend to connect the dots. There are other photos of Jasper, I've seen him doing a one arm back lever, he had a great one arm front lever, and could do an iron cross with 90 pounds added or with no weight but just middle fingers holding rings. One of those iron cross feats has a picture but I don't remember which. I'll put it like this: I saw my friend do a one arm pull up from standing (not quite as hard as a dead hang) at age 73. In his prime he could do it with a 35 lb dumbbell added (about 135 bodyweight), and Jasper was significantly stronger than him.
Thanks for sharing the experiences of your friends. It's incredible how much strength to weight ratio Jasper had, does anyone come close today? Matteo Spinazzola? And the amount of added load he lifted is still unmatched in one arm pull ups and in weighted chin ups. For total weight lifted there are already people who can challenge the record, since Mathew Zlat also has to lift more of his own weight, and he'll probably be able to reach the record of added load if he keeps this up.
I used to alot. 1. Let it heal. 2. Proper warm ups always. 3. Proper streaching and flexing 4. Progress slowly. If it reoccurring it's fucked for ever essentially you will always have to take care. 5. Avoid overly jerking motion to often or repeatedly. Especially if not warmed up.
Wait....so Matt was already able to perform multiple oap when he first started??? Like dude...no assistance from resistance bands or anything? Lol freakish strength from the start
Extremely strong. How much weight do you think you can pull with proper form? I see in all these videos you're using a backwards flick of the head to raise your chin above the bar instead of achieving full elbow flexion.
