As a beginner it is very hard to navigate the strength and fitness industry. After a few weeks researching Im oversaturated with content and it could not be more confusing. I dont know anything and I just want to find good information but I dont know who to trust. I dont know who is right. Coaches and Athletes arguing back and forth about the conjugate method for beginners and whether or not it is for beginners or not and for me it is like watching two high level astrophysicists arguing back and forth and I have absolutely no idea whos right, even if one has all the facts and is completely correct and the other one is full of st. I have no idea whos right because thats not my area of expertise. I wonder and ask myself why the most famous youtuber in the natural community doesnt have a complete training plan or even better an entire book or encyclopedia on how to start using the Conjugate Method as a normal average beginner person whos not an athlete not a powerlifter dont do competitions. A complete, comprehensive and detailed guide that shows a beginner no matter how old, kid or adult and no matter at what level someone is step by step how to train correctly with the Conjugate Method right from the start to. Alex please work on a program and on a introductory program for people who are not fit and ready to train with a barbell yet, who want an aesthetic physique just like everybody out there, but for people who want to be able to perform too. Run, jump, sprint, twist, throw, grab, carry, fight, etc. For beginners and average dudes who want the highest level of GPP they can get, to be prepared for everything life throws at them and more. With the plus of looking good without clothes and look like they lift and perform. How should people start the conjugate journey as natural beginners or average dudes. What are the basic steps over a long period of time, say ten plus years to achieve all this. I saw westside vs the world and fell in love with training like that but Im not a powerlifter nor an athlete. Im a dad who wants to become muscular strong and fit. I purchased the book of methods but I understand nothing and for a beginner like me who never trained with a barbell or weights its impossible to start with the help of the this complicated book from scratch. Therefore please Alex create a beginner course and sell it for whatever you want. Thank you

While Alex hopefully works on this, you can check out The Bioneer, he already has a program and Ebook with the exact description you're asking. It's called Super Functional training 2.0

First off, you are an inspiration to see just how nutty a natty physique can get with the dedication to the craft. And congrats on the custom barbell!
And yea I think the reason I knew the big bulks and cuts were never for me is because I didn't get serious about lifting til my 30s, so it wasn't as tenable (though perhaps still doable) as it would've been had I did things a decade earlier. I started from lowly muscled high body fat physique with a slow big cut (~33-35lbs) down to fully visible abs and then gone from bulking to cutting since with none being greater than a 15lb difference in weekly averages. I'd say I have a standout physique in most gyms at this point in just under 5 years, so can't say it didn't work for me but I also know I may be lucky lol

Do you have experience lifting only twice a week? I have a very busy life so 2 days is all I can manage at the moment. I'm a very skinny person and I would like to put some muscle on, especially my legs. Is it possible to make a 2 day a week workout more efficient? Can you recommend a routine. I´m 35 and started working out three months ago with a typical bodybuilding split but I can´t stick to it. Thank you very much

      Buy his book ‘naturally enhanced’
It has a 2x week full body template. It’s also a really great philosophy

You can no problem run a 3x fullbody and just do the third and 1st next week, just doing the next workout when you can
Yeah it won't be as """"optimal"""" as doing 3x but it doesn't matter for years if you just train with intent and keep your sleep and nutrition in check

I believe low volume is better suited for advanced lifters who have developed the neuromuscular skill to make reps count and truly hold muscles to the fire. You can still develop this skill on 2 days weekly, but it may take longer since you practice lifts less often, you’ll potentially need more patience. More intensity is also needed if you want to maximize gains on lower volume / frequency training. I’d highly advise doing technique & skill work first before dialing up intensity. If you are doing it right, even lighter weight can provide pretty impressive muscular stimulus.

Can you give me an effective warm-up for upper and lower body days and full body, that I can do in my home gym without a lot of equipment and when my training room in the basement has not enough ceiling height for jumping rope. thx
