Great intense metabolic smash with diagonal jump training. The excercises are super strong the start with the cardio was good to get the heart rate up. The strength rounds are powerful and challenging. I used 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs.😅 The diagonal jump training was an amazing finisher. 🤩 I’m happy I joined this one. 😊 Thank you tracy.

And that jump training at the end was such a great finisher for the workout! Especially those double leg jumps were hard, my quads were screaming! 🔥😂 Is metabolic smash the same thing as metabolic conditioning? It seems like it, but maybe there's a difference? 🤔
