    What a great workout Tracy! It was fun to do a different format! Thanks for always finding different exercises to do and to “shake” and “wake” our bodies up! It will be almost 5 years since I found you! So grateful!

    I like the variety on this channel. I never dread what's coming next. You always keep me guessing! I tell myself if you can do it, I can do it. I definitely don't think I was working as hard as you on all those jumps! I definitely needed to work on those! I skipped working out yesterday after your last 2 videos b/c I was so sore (and honestly didn't have time.) I've been doing your videos since mid November off and on and I love them!

    Fun format! I used to despise jump training but since you’ve been “encouraging” us to do it, I’ve come to love it. I’m hopping like a bunny, even on the double jumps!

    Great intense metabolic smash with diagonal jump training.
    The excercises are super strong the start with the cardio was good to get the heart rate up. The strength rounds are powerful and challenging. I used 10lbs, 12lbs and 15lbs.😅
    The diagonal jump training was an amazing finisher. 🤩
    I’m happy I joined this one. 😊

    Whew that was hard Tracy, but I loved it! 😅You kept us moving with those 30-sec work intervals, and only 15 seconds of rest! And that jump training at the end was such a great finisher for the workout! Especially those double leg jumps were hard, my quads were screaming! 🔥😂
    Is metabolic smash the same thing as metabolic conditioning? It seems like it, but maybe there's a difference? 🤔

      Yes, same thing. Pushing and challenging the system: Metabolic conditioning exercises are high-intensity workouts designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and calorie burn.

    I’m always up for a new format…great workout. I didn’t find the finisher too difficult though.

    I completed a 30-minute full body circuit with strength & cardio. This was hard. That finisher is killer. I used 20, 17 & 12lbs.
