The BLUCA is always such a fun change of pace for me! It's a different format than I usually do, and I like it sometimes to get me into another perspective. This workout wasn't too taxing on my system, but it was so good for getting my HR up and some mobility in my muscles and joints. 👍 I'm with you on feeling overwhelmed sometimes, Tracy! I was exactly there 2 days ago, and it was a really hard day which segued into a very sleepless night). 😖Yesterday I did some writing and talked to someone I trust, and by yesterday afternoon, I was feeling a lot better! When I'm in that state of utter overwhelm, it feels like it's never going to end. But thankfully there always comes a turning point, and I'm able to get back to "me", that wise inner self that has my own answers. 😊

Tracy, thanks for the terrific workout. I rarely do Barre as some of the moves can bother my back, but I managed fine. Also, dealing with shoulder tendonitis right now so it's tricky to find modifications as shoulders play a big part in every workout! Always appreciate your talks at the end. Sorry to hear you are feeling overwhelmed and fighting off illness. Some days are worse than others, but as the expression goes "the sun will come out tomorrow". You're awesome! 😀

Your heart shines and I felt it! I’ve had those moments and doing what you did is exactly what we need. It’s hard at times and to have a busy mind weighs. My Dad says to me still ‘This too shall pass’. Some find it a silly saying, but it works for me. 😊 I’ve cried many times after working out. The release can be calming. ❤

Interesting how everyone has a difference experience. Tracy's vortex workouts are among my favorites, but this BLUCA workout had me sweating. I always do high impact cardio (rather than the modifications), and felt it was challenging with the strength and ab component. To each their own!
