Imagine the feeling. "OMG I just helped Tony Hawk do a trick." That would be pretty cool
Lmao
Hey there’s always room to improve as an athlete
Tony hawk is a transition skater so he is not so good at flat tricks
*giving tips to the michael jordan of skateboarding
Guy has done a billion tricks in his life and still makes the same face we all do when we land a trick for the first time. Guy is a legend and one of the nicest pro skaters I have ever met in person.
Take everything away and the dude is just a SKATE RAT !
"the Stoke".. No one is immune.
@Patrick Ron met him at the 2001 xgames when they were in philly met him and a few other i was just a kid back then

@Jason Voorhees vorhees a jolly good fellow
now let's see black sweater boy do a 900
Hell yea dude!!!
haha. Tony Tried the 900 for 10 years before landing the first one. Only a few people can actually perform the trick consistently.
RIP... lmao
They crazy for trying this trick I once saw Tony crack a rib for falling in his side and he actually was on the ground when that happened. Imagine a bail from that high up. Insanity.
King of Cringe is that you?
I can’t believe we’re witnessing tony hawk learning a flat ground trick. What a time to be alive!
Lol he can do a lot of them regular and switch. Even had a video teaching kids a long time ago when i skated
He's coming for that BATB trophy in 2024.
At age 50 or whatever, dude is awesome.

To me this guy seems pretty condescending and trying too hard to be funny. Maybe he was just a little bit intimidated by the birdman though.
"How many tricks have you invented?"
"Dozens, but.."
Tony is so humble and grounded, and not just by super star mega multi millionaire standards, he is just a super grounded and humble dude.
Totally, that's why Tony Hawk is really respected. He worked super hard to get to where he is and even though he has all the bragging rights in the world, the guy still is just super humble.
I agree he soooo big and yet this dude was giving him tips on how to improve his tricks and was teaching him how to do it like if you were being taught by a mentor or something and he didn’t get mad or anything he is the worlds best skateboarder but he doesn’t mind getting tips from just a random guy. He is so humble and he appreciates everyone
@@shahzzzy6031 He’s not the worlds best skater. His flat ground isn’t anywhere near as good as someone like Nyjah. Back in the day he was a shout for vert skating though without a doubt.

Tony's falling technique is outstanding. At the very last moment, he pushes himself horizontally with his legs and slides. Works especially well on a such a nice surface.

Crazy to see how many of these older skaters are still around. Tony has been doing this since he was 11. Sportwise this man's life has been his career. No shade on NFL vets but it is incredible how tough the birdman is and still is.
