Impressive DIY approach to something most would just hire out. You'll get lots of satisfaction every time you open and shut the door.

This is my favorite part of a restoration. Interior is more important to me than the exterior.

I did somewhat of an upholstery job when I built a housing for stereo speakers in the back of my SL. I felt like I died the death of 1,000 cuts! Those curved pieces were difficult. I was finally able to work out the ripples; lots of trial and error. Yours looks fantastic. Looking forward to the next video. 👍🏼
