  • Planking the Right Way | Advanced Deep Core Workout for Strength and Stability
    Ready for a stronger core? This 15-minute advanced deep core workout will guide you on planking the right way with challenging plank progressions to help you ramp up the intensity of your core workouts, including back strength! You'll focus on oblique activation, practice deep core bracing, and perfect your plank form for maximum effectiveness.
    This workout is Part 5 of a series. If you're not yet comfortable with deep core activation, start at Workout 1 in the playlist and build your way up. Establish a solid foundation in your core and advance to planking the right way!
    Workout Modifications!
    Osteoporosis/Osteopenia:
    Limit back rounding in cat/cow and focus on opening the chest. For crunch-style movements, lift the head/chest off the floor only slightly or leave your head down to limit spinal rounding.
    Diastasis Recti:
    This workout is ideal for advanced Diastasis Recti recovery if you've mastered core pressure management in previous workouts. If you're unsure about managing pressure effectively, revisit the earlier workouts in the series.
