Those are some gorgeous iridescent paints. It's like looking at a Japanese beetle. What I find most interesting though is how it looks like your standard iridescent color, but as you can see in the cylinder demo, the color tone shifts completely when viewed from an angle. Like how Intense Apathy is blue when it goes on, looks blue when dried, but then from the side, it's a vibrant violent, a completely different color. I want a car painted with these.
Lovetone is extremely gorgeous and beautiful. It's one of the most beautiful things I've seen in my life. Your passion and dedication for creating beauty is truly amazing. I love you! Thank you! You're precious!
Would you mind swatching these on a white surface for us to show us their awesomeness? Considering how chameleon mica paints tend to have poor covering power (in that the mica particles separate from the binder and don't usually form an opaque, even layer) which is usually best seen on a white background. 🙂
I don't think anyone has quite managed to combine them like this into proper artist acrylics in this way. I've seen similar on cars and in nail polish, but these work differently in the base. I can see why art paints haven't done it yet it takes aot of patience to make it work. Hopefully artists will enjoy being able to use these kind of pigments in art now X
I was going to say this. I have Color Shift Nail Polishes that do this effect, some are nearly identical in color, but I've never seen anything with this much shift and shine in an acrylic paint.
I bought a couple of these kits to put on some of my guitars. Most of them that will get this put on it have aluminum bodies, but the one I'm most excited about is my 1987 BC Rich Gunslinger. I've had this guitar for most of the time I've been playing guitar. I bought it about 1994. I recently found out that these guitars run now between $6000-10,000. So, I'm really looking forward to using this stuff on it. I'm not planning to sell it. It's worth too much to me emotionally. I haven't used your paints before. I'll try and do a video or something on it. I haven't painted anything before except using spray paints. I will have the benefit of my wife Sonettie helping me with it though. She's a professional artist. The image will be a rendition of one of her drawings she has done.
I wear a nail polish made multchrome so change colour in the light /shade 😃 I love them. Polish Me Silly make them. I often want to use them in my paintings and would love to order yours Stuart, when I was googling how to order it a message said sold out 😢
I hate it when after I watch this video and saying I want to buy this paint and then when I go to the website and find out that I can’t buy it because it’s already sold out and they tell me that they don’t know when it will be available and then unless you check the website three or four times a day and do this each and every day and you guess it if you don’t do this the moment it becomes available it’s sold out immediately and you have to wait a long time until you luck out and are able to buy some of this paint, mean while the project you want to use it on has to be constantly put off until you can get this type of paint. Maddening to say the least.
I don't think it is. I know Finetec make multichromes, so doesn't Rembrandt, but those are watercolors. And Folk Art make a range of acrylic glaze multichromes. They're still really beautiful though!
These are high opacity acrylic paints, so it's a very different process and colour / finish. A similar concept though, but this will of course stick to a lot more surfaces and be much more useful for artists for all kinds not just watercourists or as a top coat X
I wish it was that easy! We spent ages making a base with the right latice to hold these pigments and give them just the right opacity and coverage to flow in paintings. These are not made with micas X
Sad, because l made that exact pigmented paint with Boom Gel Stain, gel flow medium which a clear paint and chameleon mica pigment powders and made them myself back in September 12th 2020..
@@StuartSempleArt Yeah cheers for that. In any event, I'm nether in need of captions, nor a painter so I wouldn't worry too much about my opinion(I'm solidly outside the target audience). I'm mostly here to be entertained by the existence of weird paints and your passion.
I checked out your website. I think you could sell more if you dropped the hippy talk and spoke a little more professionally. I guarantee you could sell more if you got some good looking men and women to help model and help advertise your product. Sells would definitely go up. Sex sells after all its just a fact. Also the names of the paint are kinda far out there, I can't remember what they are at the moment. Make it easier for people to remember the paint so they can tell there friends and family. Seeya😉

Thanks yes they are gorgeous in real life they are even more metallic too X
Amidst the perfect chaos of life, colour me Lucidly Confused. 😌

Genuinely one of the most chill and nice guy. He comes across as just truly friendly.

6 months late, but I can tell you the coverage is very poor. I tend to paint it on top of Mussou black
@@patrickl9930 Hey! Thank you! That's great information! I really appreciate it! ☺️
Chameleon pigments have been around a long time. However, they are indeed lovely colours so, good job ☺️👍🏼

Jeebus Stuart this is amazing. Wow.
So pleased you like them x x
Love the names!
Thanks X
In my wish list for sure 😍
Amazing colours! Absolutely obsessed with the paints from culture hustle
Sir you are a paint wizard. Have these on order, cannot wait for them to show up!!!
WooHoo another 1st for Stuart ... and me ;)
I'm glad you like them X
Just ordered them today with a bottle of the MIRROR silver. Can't wait to try both!!
You make great videos. (AND paint!) Thank you!

Great names 😂
I want to order these, but not sure the application yet. How long do they last, before the expire and are unusable?
I bet these would mix great with Resin for 3D models just mix in and print away
does it act like "mirror" when painting with it, as a little goes along way? I am guessing it does seeing they are in tiny bottles.
How is this different from a multichrome with glitter?

Loving your products. Would these work in fluid art?
They are just mica pigment’s put into a paint (clear) base? I’ve got those exact pigments here in Australia 😘
Lol

@@christian7096 my bad! But the truth be known.. l am super Amazing 👌
Hi ! Wondering what ingredients go into this paint, as I'm really trying to avoid purchasing mica (for ethical reasons)
Thanks !
What happens when you mix them?
Hopefully kapoor is still banned
p.s your links aren't working. I think it's cut off the end of them x
Thanks for letting me know - I've fixed it now x x

Fingernail polish?
While I congratulate you on the subtitle support, why did you make it so ugly? Nailed the readable and portable angle at least.
Sorry we were just trying to make it clear and accessible for people
