Superb video! You hit the nail on the head brother. Everything you said is true. I’ve been living this hell for years. Trauma/stressors=bad. Multiple trauma/stressors=very bad. Replaying trauma mentally=slow death. Increase stress(fight or flight)= increase cortisol. Increase cortisol=decrease immune. When you think about your trauma daily, your cortisol stays elevated and your immune system is wiped out. Your subconscious can’t tell the difference between the actual traumatic event or thinking about it days or years later. It still activates physiological response. Elevated heart rate, cortisol, etc. Remove stressors=healing! The key is to remove the stressor by reprogramming the subconscious mind. All the supplements, diet changes, exercises I did was pissing in the wind without the reprogramming. Meditation before bed and upon awakening. Conscious awareness of every moment and every thought throughout your day. Take control of your thoughts and program your body to heal. Tell yourself over and over again, I am healing. I sleep better. I will no longer relive negative memories. I think positive thoughts all day. The organic food and supplements are nourishing my body. My exercises are making me stronger. I am calm and in control of my body. My cortisol levels are in my control. My immune system is getting stronger with each breath and heartbeat. Flood your mind with positive stimuli. Stay away from social and mainstream media. Change all of your routines. Take control of your thoughts not controlled by your thoughts. Practice daily. Practice makes perfect! It takes time to master a skill. Believe and you can do it. Your thoughts become your reality. What you think, you become! Peace and blessings
I was having lots of pain in my joints. I could not sleep from the pain on my body. I diminished the number of carbs and sugar intake and the pain disappeared. Thank you, Dr. Berg.
I am 62. I was suffering with pain in my feet, knees, and hips. Most especially first thing in the morning. I was literally hobbling from my bed to the next room. About a week ago I started looking at ways to lower carbs, because I had heard that could be part of the problem. I started watching carbs last Saturday, April 10th, and by Tuesday there Is a marked difference in my ability to walk without pain.
Same. Only 3 days by severely cutting carbs. While carbs still make up a good part of my vegetarian diet, by limiting them to after 7 pm, I’m able to walk pain-free first thing in the morning, even though I’m on my feet no less than 14 hours a day.
Me, too. Took all most all highly processed carbs like white bread, bagels, white rice, deserts away. Still have some whole grain, but less of these. Upped vegetables, eggs, fish, yogurt. Reduced cheese. Have less stiffness and joint pain and sluggishness with in days.
This is so useful, most GPs know nothing about this level of system's biology. Understanding this allows people to adjust their lives to avoid damage. Thanks Dr Berg!
What would you recommend for someone who does regular weight training workouts in regards to diet? especially protein? I find that the less protein I have, the less I'm able to lift, but age also contributes. As to fasting, I tend to do 14-16hours on the days I don't train or dance. I just hope I'm not intolerant to fish as I have developed a horrible array of spots lately, unless plain yoghurts could be causing this and milk? I will be enraged if cheese, butter and fish are the causes as I won't be able to eat anything the way things are going.
a keto diet would sadly be impossible for me due to the highly exhausting workloads I have everyday plus gym training and dances and I only had to drop most refined sugars and reduce carbs to near 100g per day on average before my body started emulating the skeleton syndrome look (ie, I plummeted by over half a stone in about a month and I'm under 10stone now which is not a good look for me being a gym person. I'm skinny enough).
@@dancercj1491if you want to build muscle you have to eat a lot of food (protein) and go heavier on weights because if you don’t go heavier on weights then you won’t grow, the heavier you go the more you’ll grow
@@louiseclynch8735 I appreciate the response, and I have tried going heavier again alongside increasing the protein intake to a degree. My body cannot cope with as much food as when I was younger though, but I have increased some strength and muscle mass recently although I'm still 10stone7 (at 5.8 1/2). Looks like my bench press levels have stalled however and I suddenly developed a painful right shoulder once again due to wear and tear after many years. I feel stronger though than I was and at almost 45, I'm not too bad or unfit really. I try to mix my sessions with a couple of sets of 10 with warm up/intermediate weights then a couple of sets on 4-5reps normally to go the heavier route. I do dance 3x a week on average though and have a very physical job. My go to food for the most part is definitely protein and moderate carbs with fat, though I have a feeling I'm not very tolerant to dairy.
I have done all the things you have just suggested. My pain started from a stressful event, I already had insulin resistance and after 16 years I finally stared listening to people like you. I have been Keto for a year now and a lot of my inflammation has gone, I have lost 35 kilos and at 66 I feel so good. Thank you Dr Berg for all your wonderful information. I have had chronic stress from being a care taker for my handicapped daughter. it is overwhelming caring for someone 24/7/365 without help or much money.
It's a very common source of CFS, autoimmunity etc. You HAVE to take time off! Keto, IF, supplements will not suffice if you don't distress regularly. Find a neighbour to have a walk with, or join an interest group and do something that you enjoy. Think what your dependent daughter would do if you're gone forever!
@@heavenbound45 I too have a handicapped daughter who's 13 with Downs. I'm a single parent, although her dad and hos side is very involved, which helps. I haven't taken care of myself for sometime and have developed inflammation and excess weight. I have a stressful job too. I'm now making serious changes for the sale of everything. God bless you and I pray you get help and can care for u💗
Your videos have changed my life! I’m 17years old living with lupus I used to get cortisol shots every month and I’m on prednisone right now but I feel amazing since starting keto and IF, I’m actually able to jump on the treadmill and run and do exercises I couldn’t do months ago because my joints were so inflamed, so inflamed some days I couldn’t get out of bed. I feel so amazing now!
My Doctor recommended 1,000mg prior to breakfast, daily. It is also a blood thinner so care should be taken if anyone is currently prescribed blood thinning agents. Made a huge difference to me also.
Dr Berg the real Dr. You provide so much information that you never hear anyone else talk about. We are all blessed to have you. You have helped so many people . Just a wealth of information. Thank You.
My inflammation has def gone down significantly. I'm 16 days in mild to moderate ketosis. I'm blown away by how much my inflammation has subsided. Great information and explanation Dr. Berg.
Many thanks for this video Dr. Berg, I had long term those symptoms of chronic inflammation. I never had good advice from any Dr. even help except lot drug who blowup my digestive system, flora leak, deficiency in vitamine, (no absorption) etc.. I tried fasting regularly, stop all drug, use natural remedies, I get much better, but inflammation still in my knee, joints, fingers, with less pain but with that chronic fatigue sometimes. Very good video. God Bless you.
Wait for the gout. Meat, especially red, causes uric acid to build and give a person gout. Very painful. But the cure is detox. Martha Vineyards Diet Detox. Cured mine after keto. Bless you and just wanted to be helpful if it showed up.
@@Misslisasolutions There are healthy animals meat that are very nutrients rich. And on healthy keto and intermittent fasting, one does not need a lot of proteins. Just 3-9oz a day.

@@teresavjackson23 Most MDs only look for what prescription meds will match your symptoms, which won't heal you. Like Dr Berg recommended at the end of this video, just give the Keto diet a try.
A lot of doctors simply push drugs to combat symptoms instead of actually finding the source of the problem. It’s a business and If they were to heal you they would lose bussiness. Same goes for the drug companies, they don’t want to cure anything but treat it forever.
I would also like to suggest that one of the quickest and most effective ways to lower cortisol released in your body is to do measure and careful breathing techniques are easy to learn. This deactivates sympathetic nervous system and activates the relaxation response or the parasympathetic nervous system. It also retrained the subconscious mind not to react in a fight or flight mode in a situation that does not work. It’s a conscious is just trying to protect the body and the person from what it perceived as a danger which is not necessarily a danger at the current moment. If you have had loss and pain and trauma it is enough to simply acknowledge that that has happened to you in your past and that it is the past and now is now in the future is different and can be hopeful and positive. Self blame is another form of self imposed stress very careful with your thoughts do not feel as though you are responsible for your pain but you are not a victim and you can help yourself right now no matter what’s happening to you. Everything in the body is energy we hold and energy we let energy go and we do this to our conscious decisions to focus here or focus there. Sometimes it’s as simple as realizing what you’re focusing on and intentionally changing your focus and doing some deep breathing exercises. Certainly excess of anything stressful to the body carbs or sugar or overthinking or over worry. However just be aware that there are techniques to lower stress that are equally as effective an offer last introduction to the information if you cannot do what is suggested here for any reason. Take care

Thank you, very helpfully. I was a carer for my husband who had early onset Lewy body dementia, and he left the house in the early hours, while I slept exhausted. He has not been found and presumed dead. This is nearly two years ago, and I am so exhausted from the carer first and now the loss of him and the guilt of being asleep and not hearing him go. I feel like I have been punched all over, everything hurts, palpitations all the time and feeling sick. I am now looking after myself by eating good things as always but I am struggling. Thank you Dr. Berg, once again, incredibly helpful information! Don’t mean to be negative but now in 2021, we’re all inflamed: stress, loss, fear of loss, loneliness, isolation, loss of sleep, chronic stress.....viruses come in when we’re stressed. Wow wow wow. That all said, I’ve leaned to manage stress and am sleeping better! Thank you!
This vidio covered inflammation well. I didn't even know that when I started keto and got the sugar and high carbs out of my diet my inflammatory problems would end. I just noticed it one day and that was before I heard you talk about it. Also I used to get hot flashes. Now those are Gone!
I have been incorporating Dr. Bergs Advice & Strategies into my daily life over the last 3 yrs and at 58 I can say I feel better than I ever have - it is an ongoing process but one that is worth the effort & attention - Thank You - your the best Love from Canada
For some reason as a child (Even though sweets were not a regular in my family) when starting to drink soda I realized upon waking I was craving it, just the thought grossed me out so much that I stopped altogether and never went back.
That’s very true, that giving up sugar, combined with intermittent fasting, and using relaxation techniques to lower the stress levels, are effective at reducing inflammatory conditions. When I went on the keto diet, I lost 30 pounds, my anxiety went away, I was happy again and not stressed out about anything, I had a bright outlook on life, my arthritis went away. My eyesight improved. It was really an unexpected miracle what the keto diet and fasting did for me. It is hard to believe it, until you try it for yourself. We are so accustomed to being in pain, stressed and depressed, that we don’t realize how good life can be.
I wish I had a doctor like you but sadly most doctors just want to give you painkillers and get you out asap. They don't want to get to the reason of your pain. Just cover your pain with painkillers and they hope that you'll keep coming back so that they can prescribe you more medication and they and big pharma can mint money off our illnesses. Thank you doc. You are much appreciated!!
I’m 71 now and since I was a pre teen I witnessed how the docs just kept giving my mom all kinds of medicines and didn’t help her get better. I haven’t trusted docs since then except two . A doctor of natural medicine who taught me how to eat right and a dentist who made no money on me though I needed braces. He taught my mom how to make my teeth straight without braces . I was the envy of my classmates at school . But now I am so glad to find a good doctor that I can trust and that’s You , Dr. Berg ! Thanks so very much for your humility and honesty in health care and healing !
Pain killers are very rarely given out since 2016 & you have to have a well documented painful condition or disease to get them as well as suffer for sometimes years now before they are given. Instead they now give other meds that don't do anything for pain but will mess you up physically & mentally since they're no longer allowed to treat pain. Please don't demonize pain meds. Sometimes treating the pain is all that can be done.
I have MCS which affects what I can eat. I also have chronic inflammation throughout my body, been that way for decades. They call it Fibro!! A few months ago I began to fast in a desperate attempt to control the pain.....In 7 weeks I dropped 2 clothing sizes and most of the pain has abated. I still have some pain but I can now get some sleep, I have a long way to go with other symptoms but it proved to me how right Dr.Berg is, I thank him with all my heart.

Dr. Berg -- I just want to say that you are truly an amazing human being. I want to thank you for helping me save my life. I am very sick for the last five years and you shed some light finally on what might be going on. I've been to literally dozens of doctors and none have been able to help me like your videos have. None of the conventional doctors I have seen have asked me anything about my diet or lifestyle. They just like to write out prescriptions for drugs that I have actually never taken. I instinctively knew that drugs are not the answer to my problems. They've basically written me off at this point. It's ok because I have you and your videos. With much love and admiration -- Deb

Dr. BERG along with so many things I love about your videos is the fact that all the information you are giving out is making me very very self aware. I have started listening to my body and relating those signs to the information you are sharing resulting in amazing amazing help. Three weeks ago I was completely hopeless and was thinking this is the end of the world and I can't ever fix it now. I have multiple sclerosis 42 years old and I am finally able to take control of my mind & body after a very very long time. So now even if I have a question in mind I search for your videos and it's right there... Thank you :)
Dr. Berg...first, thank you for all of the information. I'm binge-watching your videos! I started a KETO diet one week ago. I was having extreme thirst (I'm normally never thirsty) so I looked up what could cause that and I saw diabetes could be the problem. I bought a blood sugar test kit and started testing and my blood sugar was a little over 300. For the past month it was hanging out in the high 100's to mid 200's. After a week of Keto, my blood sugar has been coming down steadily. Today it is 103. I suffer from everything you describe in your videos: inflammation, joint pain, stress, high blood pressure, extremely high heart rate, high cholesterol, fatty liver, depression, brain fog and also asthma. I am hoping that this way of eating will change all of this AND help me to lose the 50 lbs that have been added to my 5'1" frame over the years. I haven't seen anything about asthma so I'm not sure if Keto will help that. By the way - after one week on Keto, my blood pressure has been perfect five days in a row! Again, thank you! -Michele
I came across Dr Berg by chance & this clip is spot on to all I've experienced in my health. Thank you Dr Berg. I'm a totally subscribed to you clear & helpful advice.

That was me. I just resigned from my career of 22 years! After multiple stress events and a continued toxic workplace, I snapped. My 16 year old said I looked better after one day. Even though I eat healthy, stress was killing me.

Wow I got huge amounts of inflammation and an auto immune disease with much stress and loneliness. And this popped up in my feed!!?? My phone reads my mind now!
Creepy isn't it? In my case, I had never seen a spinner before in my life nir even heard of them, when I walked into a 7-11, saw some for sale, asked about and bought one for my son, went back out to my car and got an alert on my phone for "Where to buy spinners"! WTH are they doing to us?!? 👀👂
just eat fish+shellfish (wild caught-sashimi) and grass fed meat ( and its fat) and pastured/organic eggs and zero carbs for 2-3. Try and eat the meat raw, much better. Do bone broth and eat bone marrow. if u can raw milk too. and kefir/live greek yogurt/sauerkraut. Read about Ajounous Vonderplanetz. TAke care. Anything autoimmune >>> Raw Carnivore !
thank you for being the best health teacher you explained unhealthy fat and processed foods so well, I immediately got off of that poison. I started feeling better that same day. One week in and I'm finally functioning quite well. my blood pressure is stable I look forward to starting intermittent fasting.
When it comes down to it, inflammation is just about 'everything' as far as health goes. Calling something 'itis' is so common it'salmost cliche. Problem, M.D.'s are mostly there to address symptoms, not the root of the problem, not the true cause.
Thanks for all of your videos. Life changing !! Few topics that would be interesting to get your view: 1) cookware - so much discussion around usage of correct cookware/materials and the harmsful effects of wrong one (like nonstick) 2) Plastic drinkware/dinnerware etc: how harmful are these really ? and alternatives. your thoughts...
So much honesty, vastness & depth of times... reflected through your eyes & expressions, besides the invaluable knowledge you deliver. May the unborn, incomparable creator bless the journey.
Thank you Dr Berg I dont know what life would be without your knowledge you share. I can relate to this video and your experience with stress. You are one of a kind . We need more doctors like you. Great teachers .
Dr. Berg. Thanks for your videos. Stress is a killer. Some of us cant escape it. I have 2 adult children at home. They have disabilities so they need attention everyday. I also have to take care of my wife. My mother n law passed away so now I also have my learning disabled meth addicted brother in law staying in our family room. I'm on a keto diet. Im very fit at 53 yrs of age. I work out 4-5 days a week which helps. I dont get enough sleep even though I take melatonin and my mind is on hyper drive. I relax as much as possible. I don't want to be on any meds for my stress. Not sure what else I can do. You're videos help but still stressed.
Trish Stafford That’s a very insightful comment. I’m sure your mom loves being with you. I guess that’s why we feel lifted when chatting with good friends. Loneliness is a killer and too much time to brood, only brings on more trouble. As they say, every thought has a chemical that goes along with it. Keep busy with pleasant things, even a nice walk.
Thank u so much Dr. Berg!!! This makes a ton of sense due to the fact of my health issues in the past.. you've pretty much answered my question in your last video. I have been under a bunch of stress after my parathyroid surgery 2 years ago and did have some adrenal issues.. the Cushing issue sounds like what I've been thru due to the fact of my digestion issues in the past 10 years. You've helped me understand so much with the Cushing body type. I was 260lbs 8 months ago now I'm down to 230lbs with health keto and fasting.. it's just the exercising part that I get insomnia but that could be due to the high cortisol going thru my body. Again thank you for your medical advice... wish you lived in Charlotte NC... would love to have u as a doctor in this side of town.. you answer things that most people question most physicians don't answer or just flat out don't know!!! Also another side note I don't know what it is but I've never been able to burp.. for about 15 years and doctors cant explain.. if I do burp it's a low grade gurgle burp... again thanks!!
Only rarely do I burp, but if I do, nobody knows it but me. I think it's because I'm an extremely slow eater and chew my food well. I've been that way all of my life.
To burp successfully: As you sit or stand, lean to d far left n while in that position lean forward as far as u can. It helps if you drink water first to bring d gas to d top of d stomach. If there is any gas in it will come out. It works every time for me.
Dr Eric you are amazing, you explain everything in detail that it’s very easy to understand and very informative as I have chronic inflammation I now know what to do with my condition. I hoped my Dr could have explained this to me. I greatly appreciate your programmes and highly recommend you to all my family and friends. Thanks, much appreciated. Suki S Toronto Canada
Thank you Dr Berg. You just summed me up. 40 years of extreme stress at work, a mom with Alzheimers who lost her ability to talk any words (just bla, saba etc) and so it goes on to loneliness and still the stress is not over. Had a GP who had me on antibiotics and cortisone as chronic medication for 26 years for a sinus problem. It was when fluids started draining from my ankles the doctor told me there's no answer. Shortly after that I got allergic to antibiotics (had anafalactic shock. Can't use normal antibiotics any more. I thank God that I've found a homeopath that is treating me now. I've found relief from the inflammation although I does pop up from time to time and the kilograms are melting away (I've been obese since childhood). What you're teaching is same my doctor is. Thank you SO MUCH for helping people!

Thank You Dr. Berg !
I’ve been doing Keto since March. I’m 46, have an autoimmune disease. I read Dr Bergs book last March. Followed it correctly. Definitely had to do the nutritional yeast or I was a monster and did crave. BUT I will say when the weight just melted off was this past November when I started the Adrenal and Cortisol support vitamins. I wish I would have done that in the beginning! And it took about a few weeks in when I first started that I realized I had NO pain at all whatsoever. Didn’t even realize how much pain I was in until I did this diet and took Dr bergs nutritional supplements!
The intermittent 18:6 fast has helped me considerably with gout and joint pain in elbows and stiffness. Its been about 90 days and I think I may go another 90 because my workouts have drastically improved. Along with about %85 less daytime fatigue and sex drive is returning.
No, in my case., I lost the cartilage of both my knees, had stopped taking my medication earlier, for Rhumatoid Arthritis. I had to walk with support with cane. I got my knees fixed had total knee replacement.
The information in this video is so basic that it should be titled "video number (1)". It explains the root cause of EVERYTHING. Since I share a lot of Dr. Berg's videos, I actually include this video with all of them and say "watch this first". Brilliant information that everyone should know, especially medical doctors. Thank you.
I really appreciate your teaching lectures which you explain so well. You are an excellent teacher, and have helped me understand so much about my body. Thank you!
I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I was diagnosed in 2007. I see a specialist however the doctor never explained the link between stress, cortisol and Insulin resistance like this. This is the information I need. Information that can improve my quality of life. I feel like doctors just tell me to pace myself and accept my illness. I feel so angry about it. When I complained of pain which I believed was inflammation related the doctor wrote me a prescription for another pill. That’s it. No fact finding to get to the bottom of it and resolve the issue. I didn’t fill the prescription. Instead, I’m reading books and watching videos like this to help myself because the doctors aren’t doing anything for me. I’ve had to take a leave of absence from work twice in the last 4 years because my fatigue/other symptoms become debilitating. It’s insane! It’s seriously crazy making because there’s stigma with the disease and most people don’t believe you on top of this. Anyway, thank you for posting helpful content!!! I’m following Keto and IF because of your videos.
I was in a 20 year abusive relationship. It must have messed me up big time. 15 years later I went on a 30 day only water fast to shrink a unterine fibroid (which worked) so I wonder if it also helped this problem. Now, 10 yrs later, I still have problems with insaline resistance. Now I am going to start this program with Healthy Keto. The intermittant fasting is the easy part...
I have a lot of inflammation in my body from the hard physical activity I have to do in my business. I’ve found 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil a day makes a HUGE difference. I’m starting the keto diet in a few days too.
You will feel great on keto. Be prepared to go through hell pretty much for 2 weeks but once you get all the sugar/carbs flushed you will feel awesome.
@@Twelve20Inc. I gave up all gluten long before I heard about Dr. Berg. The sugar detox only affected me for 2 days, as I went cold turkey! Do it fast and no going through hell for an extended period of time. Being HIGHLY motivated is a great plus, as well.

Tell yourself over and over again,
I am healing.
Hey Apocalypse, how are you doing now? I need to practice this.
I’d love to know what kind of carbs you cut out. Bread? Booze? Desserts?
Me, too. Took all most all highly processed carbs like white bread, bagels, white rice, deserts away. Still have some whole grain, but less of these. Upped vegetables, eggs, fish, yogurt. Reduced cheese. Have less stiffness and joint pain and sluggishness with in days.
Wow awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!

Im a fitness trainer that focuses on chronic disease and i will say that keto and intermittent fasting are a great combo For me and my clients!👍🏻💪🏻🙏🏻
Great! Thank you so much for sharing!
Take care

Stop sugar and you'll feel more energetic.

-Michele

To burp successfully:
As you sit or stand, lean to d far left n while in that position lean forward as far as u can.
Hi ma... Seems like my present condition.,.. I am also having continuos infections,.. and inflammations. Can u please guide me with Ur diet and advise
It just seems fated that I needed to find this channel and information. recently diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome which caused a bout of Ulceritic Colitis. It scared the living hell out of me; fearing that I have some internal cancer, gall stones, pancreatitis, etc... Now after 10 days I am much improved to a 5 day Prednisone pack and huge changes in my diet and way of life. I am just SMH..at the info that I am receiving here. Very Very Thankfully so. At 58 yrs I need a wakeup call and I just got one. From now on my Overall Heath {Mind, Body, Spirit,Soul} is my #1 focus. and I will continue to alter, adapt and change whatever aspects of my life that will help me reach and obtain full and great health.
Great to hearrrr! WHat supplements u take?
Thanks for the testimonial. I will try.
Could we get any bad side effects from taking your stress vitamins
Yes, which vitamins did you take
Which vitamins do you take?
The intermittent 18:6 fast has helped me considerably with gout and joint pain in elbows and stiffness. Its been about 90 days and I think I may go another 90 because my workouts have drastically improved. Along with about %85 less daytime fatigue and sex drive is returning.
Dr Berg,I have a serious question to you..Can we get back lost cartilage? Is their any food or solution?
No, in my case., I lost the cartilage of both my knees, had stopped taking my medication earlier, for Rhumatoid Arthritis. I had to walk with support with cane. I got my knees fixed had total knee replacement.
@@mattyfurtado8746 Hope it all goes well for you, from Australia.
@@wyattfamily8997 Thanks a lot, for your concern, doing well till now.
Hi Nancy, below Dr . Berg's video, you can get all information. Hope that helps.
How to improve cortisol resistance in a specific and practical way that's what I want to know.
The information in this video is so basic that it should be titled "video number (1)". It explains the root cause of EVERYTHING. Since I share a lot of Dr. Berg's videos, I actually include this video with all of them and say "watch this first". Brilliant information that everyone should know, especially medical doctors. Thank you.
Your style, approaches, knowledge sharing at another levels, it's impeccable.
I really appreciate your teaching lectures which you explain so well. You are an excellent teacher, and have helped me understand so much about my body. Thank you!
Basically stress/inflammation is a cycle of each. Each one promotes each other
I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
The greatest educator and truth teller! Thank you so much Dr Berg for enlightening us and empowering us!
Dr. Berg,
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Each video is very helpful to many people.
Greetings from New Jersey!
Love this! Would love more videos on how to reverse cortisol resistance!
I lower my cortisol by watching Bob Ross paint.
Yesssss
He is great. Just watched him a couple of days ago. He's amazing.
O love it😻
Dr Berg is the Bob Ross of healthcare
I can’t even do that anymore because I hate trees since the last ice storm where they were constantly falling and dangerous.
best thing i ever did was to get on board with keto and your channel. What a total game changer, I cant thank you enough.
Dr. Berg thank you so much, wish every doctor in the world was like you, things would be different and people would be healthier!
Good info, especially the exercise & diet recommendations. I would also recommend meditation, twice daily.
I am addicted to you! I can listen your videos all day, sometimes I do watch twice. I want to learn as much as I can. Today I watched about 20 videos of you. I will watch them over and over. Thousand Thanks are not enough. God bless you
Thanx Dr.Berg, you saved my life, started IF 31st of Jan 2022 and lost 5 kgs so far, I'm doing an 18hr IF and I fèel great!!!God bless you!!!
